This was such a great hotel choice as a woman solo traveling alone in Japan! I made a friend right away and the hotel was super clean and comfortable! For the price as well I definitely recommend this hotel!

The lounge area was crowded and the vending machine broken.
Inconvenient to have the showers, washbasins and lockers 4 floors down from the capsule floor. The lockers were too small so all large luggages had to be placed in the corridor.
There was no ventilation in the capsules and the pillow was uncomfortably hard. There was only one USB-A charger provided in the capsule and no separate plug.
Sleep analysis could not be scheduled online, you had to physically request it at the office at 3pm. Quite a difficult time when you want to go sightseeing.

The capsule hotel was located conveniently at 5min walk from Sanchome station but was quite a long walk especially with luggage from Shinjuku station.
It was DIY check in/ out process but there is always staff on standby to assist. The lady staff was very patient and helpful.
The capsule hotel was well managed. The high traffic common area with lockers, bath rooms and wash basins, were constantly maintained clean, neat and dry. It was thoughtful that every guest were given a mesh bag containing a set of payamas and two towels.
The capsule was spacious and quiet. I took up the sleep monitoring test and a detailed report was emailed within a week.
Overall, this being my very first capsule hotel experience has been a pleasant one.

It's capsule hotel and all self-service check in. The bed is very conformation. The common bathroom is very clean, and the storage luggage area is a bit small.. I'd want to take your stuff from big luggage ita a little bit inconvenient.
