Staff are so nice and helpful, always wearing smiles welcoming us! Very convenient to take a bus to Tokyo Disneyland. Many shops, convenient shops and supermarkets nearby and we really enjoy the stay so much.

This bedroom space is good for families and with the laundry service, is excellent! The room service can be improved , though it wasn’t clean enough. Location is great ! Many big shopping malls and food, restaurants nearby, will definitely stayed there again but room service needs to get improvement . There is no airport transfer to Narita airport, hence recommended to ask hotel to book transport at $180 sgd or lug your luggages to take train to airport

It was a hotel for 6 people, but the shower and toilet were separate in one room, so the flow was very convenient, and the bed was soft! There was a table, so it was nice to have a light beer in the evening! There was also a TV, so I could connect to YouTube. I loved it. It was a happy trip. And there was a small park in front of the hotel, and the cherry blossoms were so pretty!

It was a great place to stay for a family trip. It's not as good as a hotel, but it's enough for basic condo functions. There was a large table that could seat 4 people, so it was nice to eat meals or have a beer in the evening. I think I'll come back again if I come with my family : )
