Booked here as it is near the bus station to take the bus to Naeba Prince Resort. There is lawson and 7-11 near the hotel. Room is pretty small but clean.

good location, nearby the post office where i could get my hauls shipped easily, kinda convenient
the staffs incl the janitors there were nice and helpful, a good bargain stay, and would def stay there again in the future

I love the location of the hotel since it is located at one of the most famous shopping sites in Tokyo, providing me with various shops to walk to. The staff is nice and willing to help.

My mother stayed there when he visited me in Tokyo. She did nor speak Japanese and English. When checking in the attendant at the front desk kept on speaking Japanese to my mom. And she had to call me as she didn’t understand anything. I tried to help with my limited Japanese but I couldn’t very much as she was speaking in honorific forms and I was not good at them. I also had my Japanese friends help me. Everything took like 45 min. And after that I asked the front desk lady if she had a translator app or something. And then she brings out a translator machine box which translate perfect Turkish!!! And she did not even use that once in that 45 min. My mom would not have to call me if she used that translator at the beginning. That was very unprofessional of the staff. Mere laziness!!!
