The hotel was splendid !
Even though the train station is next door, it was very quiet at night and we heard nothing.
The staff is very nice and kind.
Lots of amenities are available.
The breakfast was amazing and the drink section was very good and refreshing
The price is very cheap and affordable for a student. The hotel is very near the station but the station does not have any escalators or elevator so it’s a bit tough for travelers who have heavy luggage. Nearby has convenient store and also the restaurant too! In the room, there is everything you needed for the living. You can borrow the fried pan to cook your meal if you want. The room is not that clean. There are a lot of dust and I am allergic to that so it’s a hard time for me to sleep in the room plus the train’s sound is very loud.
1. Great location with everything you need within 5 - 10 minutes' walk. 2 minutes' walk from the Akabane train station; and less crowdy comparing to Shinjuku and Ikebukuro
2. Staffs are nice and able to speak English.
3. Breakfast without a lot of selections, but, still considered ok.
4. Car rental companies are 10 minutes' walk from hotel.
5. Many restaurants and foods are available at the locations with both good bargain food and premium selections.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete toiletries. The most thoughtful thing is that the free breakfast is good and coffee drinks are available 24 hours a day. It is a very satisfactory experience.
I got this room with the good price. The room is excellent. Large and there is projector. The location is great. There is supermarket nearby and the public parking fee is not too expensive.
The service was overall great, the staff was very considerate when i made a mistake on the check out time. The check out time was supposed to be 11am but they gave us 30 mins to check out. The amenities are also great! You can get whatever you need on the 3rd floor reception. They also have laundry self service on the 6th floor. Location is very accessible as it is very near the train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants.
The hotel is very close to the Tabata Station of the Yamanote Line. It has free laundry machines (but you buy a pod at the front desk) and coin laundry too is you need them. There is a small gym at the 1st floor but it is not in a room. The machines are on a platform facing the doors of the 1st floor guest rooms. Amenities are complete and for an overnight stay is okay. However note that walls are thin and you would definitely hear your neighbor and the trains.
Incredible surprise. Super service. Breakfast was super. Free drink from 6 to 9 pm. Onsen available. Next to akabane station. One the the best choice that I ever made in Tokyo. Super super suggested. 11 on 10. Super.
There was an air purifier in the smoking room for two smokers, and while I understand there are various reasons for this, I personally thought it was a shame that the window didn't open. The price, access, and facilities were all fine. I would definitely use it again.
The hotel is near the train station and Asakusa area. There are many restaurants nearby. It seems to be a hangout spot for office workers to drink beer. The accommodation that can be booked for 4 people, the room is quite spacious, not cramped, the bed is big, 2 adults can sleep comfortably. Breakfast is also okay, there are many choices, salad, bread, sausage, rice, curry, miso soup, etc.

Outstanding
MmetrohenryWe had a nice stay in LiLi House which is in a tranquil residential community with 5 to 10 minutes easy walking from JR Yamamoto line or Tokyo Metro Namboku line station. The high street next to the JR station has essential shops and restaurants for necessities and food. Alternatively, the kitchen in LiLi House is well equipped for any cooks who wanna show off their cullinary skills. The three storey house with 3 bedrooms, 2 WCs and a separate room for shower and bath is new and decent, and should be hassle free with friends living together. We enjoy our stay very much and highly recommended this accommodation!
Ssam_myThe first time I went, the place was not very easy to find. Once I found it, I will definitely remember this place. There is Aeon on the street and a bread shop on the opposite street. It is very delicious! ! The power in the room is a bit unstable, but as long as you don’t turn on the high-power electrical appliances at once, there is no problem. The overall feeling is comfortable, there is no mosquito, and a household is built.
DDuoduoxinerThe guesthouse is a 5-minute walk from Komagome Station, a Yamanote website listing. Convenience stores, drug stores, and several restaurants are nearby, creating a tranquil setting amidst the hustle and bustle. The amenities are also very complete, especially the washing machine, which is very convenient for summer travel. Of course, you can wipe it with alcohol wipes before use. Overall, it felt like home—small yet cozy. Our family of four loved our stay. The cleanliness of room 301, our first stay, was impeccable. We stayed here again the day before returning home, but the cleaning of room 201 wasn't as thorough this time. I hope they'll prioritize cleanliness!
OokankIt was about a 5-minute walk from the station.
The staff also seemed to work at a music studio, and served customers while working in the restaurant.
I thought it was a nice guesthouse, with clean rooms and bathrooms.
Even though it was a weekday, the 4-person rooms were full and it is very popular.
There are spacious shared spaces (the restaurant and the entrance) where you can use the PC, etc., and free drinkable water is also provided.
Also, the accommodation space is on the second floor and above, and the bathroom is separated from the first floor, so you can use the hair dryer without worrying, even at night.
Hair dryers, bath towels, etc. are provided.
However, I think it is safer to bring your own towels.
Toothbrushes are not provided.

No counter, only Kiosk, you can press the call button to find the service staff
The first floor is the New Day convenience store.
Elevator to swipe room card
The suitcases in the room are spread out, but there is no luggage rack.
There are only two hangers. More and a better one.
Bathroom Tokyo is normal small
Toiletries can be brought if you care
Posting without cleaning the card will hang the spare parts on the door every day
The top light is dark and the bedside lamp is turned on.
The pillow in the room is a small one, and I have a plane neck pillow under it.
TV is a smart TV, you can watch YouTube Netflix and the like
The room is clean and feels like it has been renovated
Very suitable for one person
JR has many lines, basically tourists want to go.
If you have a budget but don't want to live in a horrible old hotel, come here.

GGuest UserHighly recommended:
If the time is not in a hurry, I strongly recommend coming to this hotel to experience the life of the locals. There are few hotels with such a living area at this price. Three separate bathrooms + kitchen & living room + oversized (relatively speaking) bedrooms, and two hanging rooms, which can be described as luxurious configurations. The appliances are very complete, except for the washing machine, pots and pans are provided, you can even buy vegetables and cook here. The location is good, just 800 meters away from Prince Station, there are many restaurants open to late at night along the way, and there is a business district near Prince Station. Going to Otaru Station, there is a authentic Japanese life scenery, Otaru Station itself is also a more advanced business district.
But there are also bad places here. First of all, the stairs upstairs are too narrow. The luggage is simply a prison. Secondly, the sound insulation is also generally the same. This should be a common problem in Japanese architecture. Finally, the curtains were not very shaded, because the beds were arranged by the window, and the sun was awakened early in the morning.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and will consider it next time.
KKyoka2302Found a chocolate inside the bed area when we checked in (as seen in the photo).. clearly didnt clean much. The shampoo, conditioner & body wash run out very fast and the labels on the bottles come out very easily for the price I paid to stay here, would expect some kind of standard (would prefer to have the whole bottle there).. the body towels are small..
But overall, the location was very convenient and there's a familymart 5mins down the road. The train (Yamanote Line) stops at every popular tourist spots.
