Nice simple hotel with a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, as well as polite.
However, there are some drawbacks:
- There are too few power outlets in the room, and it takes ages for everything to charge.
- One time our towels and robes had someone's hairs on them. Towels and robes were clearly washed and ironed, but the hairs were there anyway.

It completely deserves the reputation as the elegant 5-star Japanese hotel with a tradition of over a century. The Japanese detailed-minded and dedicated services provided by every member of the staff are impressive. They are always more than helpful.
My luggage was already handled by the bellboy before I got into the entrance. The staff member whose surname is 茨木 (Ibaragi?) accompanied me to the guestroom and made neat and helpful introduction to the facilities of the room as well as the hotel as a whole.
Room cleaning / tidying services were provided at least two times per day.
On the day my friend and I checked out, my friend inadvertently lost her phone at the washroom in the public area of the hotel, but with the dedicated assistance of the staff members, the phone has been found. We are more than grateful for their great help.
The hotel bar, the Old Imperial Bar, serves high quality cocktails and has a wide range of collection of good whiskies, which is a must-go if you have an opportunity to visit the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza-gochome. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A highlight was the public bath—perfect for relaxing after a long day, and a wonderful bonus to the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.

The location is very good, the room is big, with bath, the buffet breakfast is very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant, they give you 10% discount for staying at the hotel, and it was also very good.

I really love this hotel especially the location although its kinda small for its price but it okay is decent and clean. I forgot the two boxes of perfumes but they did not inform me, I just realize it when I came home in the Philippines and called them. They have it and coordinated to send it to courier but I just wished they told me right away so I manage to pick it up immediately when I was still in Tokyo :(

Grand Ginza Hotel is well located in the midst of bustling area with many shops & restaurants nearby. Also within 5-10mins walk to nearest train station. The hotel has a lounge with microwave and free vending machine (drinks). There is also a konbini just directly at L1. Will recommend for it's location.
Room is quite dimly lit even with all the lights on, and very poor sound insulation. There is hot water system, but it's old school style requiring user to turn 2 knobs to get that ideal water temperature.
Hotel provides free luggage storage and (paid) luggage transfer service to airport.

It is in a good location with 5 mins to Asakusa line & 10 mins to Ginza line & the shopping district. They provide umbrellas when it rains. The only complaint is that the room is very small. Hardly any space for opening 2 large bags. Should have go for the twin single bed room instead of the semi double as the bed is very small for 2 person. At least go for the double room.

Is a beautiful hotel with Don Quijote just across, Natural Lawson at ground level and next street, there is Family Mart and 7-11.
Is about 5-10 min walk to subway and train stations. Also walking distance to Ginza shopping area.
Room is spacious where we can open up 1 luggage comfortably. There’s a sofa and the view of Sumida River could be seen from our room.
What we really like is the airport bus just stop at entrance of the hotel. We arrive and depart from there. No need to go lug our bags in subway.
We also tried the breakfast on last day… so worth it. Overall, I would stay there again if ever in Tokyo. Oh, you can also see Tokyo sky tower from the lobby.

Location is definitely strategic if you're a morning person, walking distance to Tsukiji market for good, fresh and delicious breakfast. Multiple subway stops and near to most city visit attractions.

This is my 2nd stay with this hotel. Things did not change much from the 1st time even that was 10 years. I would like to say everything of this hotel is absolutely flawless. Especially, the staffs, they always remind of what I have asked them for and tried hardly to find the solutions.
The toilet and water shower are the best. There is only a few things that need to be improved. The morning buffet!
Whenever I visit Tokyo again, Millennium Mitsui garden will be my next stay as always.

Great
GGuest UserPretty new hotel and the room is larger than most Tokyo hotels. The public bath was in the basement and we used it multiple times during our stay. Would have been great if the room came with its own bath tub too. Front desk was very helpful when I had to send a package via takkyubin. Great location.

JJhenevieveThe location of the hotel is perfect. It is one minute walk to Don Quixote, and very close to Ginza Main Street. It has a convenience store Family Mart just below the hotel. Although the room is not so big since its normal in Ginza area, the facilities are complete! Size of shower room is just perfect. What I do not really like is they do not give extra bottles of drinking water even when I asked for it. There is also a massage chair in the room where in you can sit and relax after a long day of walking. I highly recommend this hotel.

KKelly Abigail TanI appreciated the complimentary welcome drink provided by the hotel. The staff were fluent in English and very responsive to my emails before my arrival. While the hotel room was small, it was functional, which seems typical for hotels in Tokyo.
I arrived on a weekend, and the roads leading to the hotel were blocked. If you’re driving with a lot of luggage, this is something to keep in mind. I had to park in a nearby building a few minutes away and carry my heavy bags to the hotel.
Unfortunately, I found a black bug on the bed on my first night. As we were too tired to change rooms after unpacking, we didn’t inform the concierge. However, I strongly recommend the hotel be more thorough with their room cleaning, as this was an unpleasant experience.

GGuest UserOverall, a good stay. Key perk is the free coffee and 3 types of bread selection (croissant, edamame bun, chocolate bread, etc) provided in the mornings + the free fruit-infused water at the reception.
Service is excellent as one would come to appreciate in Japan!
We were a little worried they may not let our young daughter stay for free but that was sorted out via Trip.com!

AAnonymous UserThe staffs are easy to communicate and friendly. The room cleaning is okay but not too good. I’m a bit concerned for security issue because they use keypad password instead key card. Not sure if the ever change the password after each traveler checks out. Either way it’s still a comfy place for a short stay and I’ll recommend it to those who has an early flight to Haneda airport and need to take a rest a bit before heading to the airport.
