A bit outside of Shinbuku but still very good connections. Has own Hilton Bus to Shinbuku station, which is really useful. Fitness, Sauna, small Onsen and pool were very nice, not very new renovation but we liked it a lot. Executive Lounge was a bit disappointing, because nothing really special and every day more or less the same. We missed some good Sushi or longer opening times. We enjoyed our stay anyway.

Classical hotel with modern facilities. We stayed in the Deluxe twin room, walk-in wardrobe with dressing table, bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub, and two basins, bedroom with lounge, dining table and desk. There are both 110/240 volt power supply everywhere in the room, which is really convenient if you need to use equipment using 240 volt power supply. The room is huge, a total of 54 square meters! Services were excellent, I called the hotel to let them know that we will be arriving around 7am due to the flight schedule, when we arrived at 6am, surprisingly, our room was ready to check in! Restaurants were superb and the strawberry afternoon tea in the lobby was excellent. Hotel also has a full size gym, a huge swimming pool and a big spa as well. Overall, it is a great hotel!

The staff's service is very good and their attitudes are kind. It's very close to Tokyo Station and has convenient transportation. The crystal lanterns in the elevator are prominent and elegant, the spa massage is also very good, and the equipment is also very complete.

We used the large public bath and sauna in the morning. It was on a high floor and had a great view. There was no cold bath, but the dry sauna and steam sauna were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was high quality, and the atmosphere and service were excellent.

The hotel is new and located in Shinjuku. It is convenient for traveling and is some distance from the station. The room facilities are good, the room is slightly small and fully functional. Good service, very satisfied with my stay!

I called many times to confirm the room before check-in, and I still couldn't connect all the rooms on the day of check-in. Let the guests wait at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the front desk. I had a lot of luggage, and I hoped to welcome them. When I got off at the hotel gate, I waited for 10 minutes and no one greeted me. I went to the lobby and pushed the trolley with the waitress at the front desk to pick up my luggage. The white uniforms passing by The older Japanese bellman turned a blind eye and had a bad attitude. Without confirming the luggage, he put all the staff's luggage in the boss's room without authorization. No apology after taking out the luggage. The room faces the train track, and you will hear the sound of the train, which will affect your rest. An impressive experience.

The room is large, well-planned and comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful, with history and sedimentation. Although the facilities are old, they are not uncomfortable. There is a small hot spring, which is charged. Although it is small, it has complete facilities and is not bad. There was no Chinese service at the front desk for the two days we went there. We chose Japanese breakfast, which was very ordinary. It is a good choice for a short break and vacation.

Very good stay experience The family stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The room size was OK and the kitchen was clean and tidy. It was very friendly for families traveling with children who wanted to meet some dining needs in the hotel room. In addition, my husband was not feeling well that day and called an ambulance.
