12 points. Recommend this hotel to friends who come to Ikebukuro. Let's talk about the location first. It's only a three-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. It's very easy to find on the roadside. The hotel is newly opened. You can find the environment by looking at the pictures I posted. It's very fresh and very comfortable. You can order food, drinks and coffee when sitting outside at night. There is a self-service machine on the first floor for check-in. All supplies can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor. The room is very big. What's special is that there is a steam room and a massage bathtub. I booked a family of three and each person had a bed and slept very comfortably.

The location of the apartment is good. It is only a two to three-minute walk from Yamanote Line Yamanote Station. It is very close, and the Yamanote Line is very convenient. This hotel is very convenient for everything, just take an airport limousine bus directly. We travelled from Narita so its about 1h40mins sleeping time on the bus. The Sunshine City mall is very big, with many shops. Only it gets very crowded during weekends, other days are quite and plenty shops to walk around. Hotel location very close to metro, and a bit further if you want to take JR. Breakfast has a good choice in morning, good coffee machine. In general, I will come back again to stay here.

My family enjoyed the stay very much! Staff are friendly and helpful and provided luggage storage for us before check-in timel. The Loft Bed Apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Very convenient location, about 7mins walk to Ikebukuro Station and with many convenient shops / eateries available nearby. Laundry Area which is located on the 2nd level even has a very spacious and nice relaxing waiting area. A great place to stay with family especially the room also comes with a fridge, microwave oven, induction stove and kitchenwares etc.

The hotel is very close to Ikebukuro station, and is connected to many popular tourist spot via Yamamote JR line, super convenient to move around Tokyo. Hotel is a bit dated but is clean, comes with air humidifier which can be very useful in the dry air. Not to mention that it has self service laundry space at a cheap price. Would consider staying here if we ever visit Tokyo again.
