1-衞生一般，櫃子不少灰塵，毛巾不乾淨 2-服務意識不強，打三次前台電話才有反應。一早反應問題，被告知店長8:30才上班，無法向上彙報。後又被告知無店長電話，聯繫不上。等了10多分鐘，又説讓我等領導。 3-地下車庫一地厚厚灰塵。2023年建立的，2年過去還是沒有處理。 4-早餐品類太少，一票衹有一個雞蛋，其他看圖片就知道

很不滿意，一大早外面不知道啥聲音，一會小孩子蹦蹦跳跳的聲音，一會門外像什麼車拖的轟隆隆的聲音，隔壁大姐好像在打掃衞生，跟地震一樣咚咚咚的，一早上吵醒，晚上到的比較晚，想着早上多睡會，大清早吵醒了，衞生也不忍直視，毛髮垃圾隨處可見，以後訂酒店還是不能圖便宜。親身體驗，避雷。

衞生：打開房門就是一股子甲醛味。環境：避雷避雷。服務：上午11點一個男的，估計是搞衞生的。不敲門，直接刷卡開我們的房門。要不是有門鏈，那男的就進來了。不是個咧，同行的另外一個房間。也遇到了一樣的事情。避雷避雷這家酒店。！！！！肯定是酒店管理有問題。

環境還okay的房間也很大就是周邊沒啥吃的喝的但是停車這邊免費自駕還是蠻方便的但是我們去鎮子上擔心不方便停車是直接打車去的

房間挺大的。乾淨整潔，就是沒有紗窗。因為是自駕出行，去哪都挺方便的。如果下次來桐廬，還會選擇這裏。非常好。
