"Check-in requires various registration and scanning documents. If you are in a hurry to check-in, you need to take a detour. Dirty rags were in the room, and the sheets had dirty marks. The double bed room had a single pillow and no hand sanitizer. The air conditioner was only not hot when it was set to the lowest temperature. Those who like to stay cool should avoid it. The TV is not clear. The water flushing upstairs makes the same noise as the water flushing in your room. You can often hear water flowing from the sewer in the middle of the night...it is up to the netizens to decide what price to pay for the room under such conditions."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel when I visited Tonglu. First off, the check-in process was seamless and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They escorted us all the way to our room and even provided a welcome gift. **Facilities:** Since the hotel is brand new, all the designs are very well-thought-out and practical, making everything super convenient. I particularly liked the bathroom design, where the toilet and shower are separate, and there's even a retractable clothesline. **Hygiene:** The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. **Service:** The service was excellent. Any requests were handled promptly, and they even delivered snacks on the second day. When we checked out, they gave us a traditional intangible cultural heritage paper-cut as a parting gift. **Breakfast:** The hotel's breakfast is highly recommended. It's on par with what you'd find at SPG, Hilton, or InterContinental. Tonglu Hotel's breakfast truly stands out with its local specialties. The presentation was exquisite and thoughtful, and dishes were replenished quickly. They had unique items like 'dongfen' (jelly noodles) and brown sugar eggs, and the offerings were different each of the two days we stayed. **Parking:** The concierge service could use some improvement, specifically regarding the parking guidance upon arrival and the vehicle license plate registration upon departure. These aspects could be enhanced."

"The main reason I chose this guesthouse was its proximity to OMG Heartbeat Park. Upon arrival, I found the owner to be incredibly welcoming, and the room was very clean and tidy. The best part is that it's genuinely close to the park, just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient! Plus, there are restaurants and bubble tea shops on both sides of the street, so dining options are also handy."

"Treasure hotel, good location and convenient transportation. It was very close to Tongjun Mountain. When I reached the top of the mountain, I saw the Fuchun River and my eyes were full of spring. The hotel has complete facilities. There is free water for check-in. There is also a free laundry room. The room is clean and sanitary. The towels are of good quality and clean. The floor is neat and clean. The sheets are neat and the disposable items are complete. The front desk service is enthusiastic, good attitude and thoughtful. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver the food, which is very convenient. The whole thing is very smart. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with many varieties. The buns are delicious. Overall, it is very good. It is worth staying."
