設施：裝修的法式風格很喜歡，設施齊全，樓下停車方便還免費
衞生：房間乾乾淨淨，客房阿姨打掃的很仔細
環境：酒店就在市中心，出門去玩很方便，晚上夜景很漂亮
服務：前台辦理入住和退房都很快，還送了桐廬味道伴手禮，早餐豐富，服務員很熱情

位置絕佳，交通非常便利，酒店周邊就是商圈，去周邊景點打車都在十分鐘左右，房間裏設施齊全，都很新，衞生乾淨整潔，床品舒適，晚上睡覺很安靜，前台服務人員很熱情，幫忙留了充電樁的車位，酒店內部環境很不錯，佈置的很精緻，法式風格，機器人送外賣老快

位置很好找，房間很大，房間裏面放了兩瓶水，退房的時候前台還給我們水了，服務態度沒得説太棒了，簡直完美，這是我來桐廬體驗非常棒的一次，下次我會帶我的家人朋友來桐廬玩也會選擇這家酒店非常好值得推薦

看到千萬左滑離開找別家，除非想體驗被噁心一天的離奇經歷。
首先訂單頁面寫的入住是13點，我14:40到達，非但沒有提前而且還晚到了竟然被告知房間沒有準備好要在前台等待。我提出為什麼我晚於訂單入住時間到達房間還沒有準備好，工作人員的回覆是“特殊時期理解一下”。
請問如何定義特殊時期，是第三次世界大戰爆發日還是原子彈爆炸等不可抗力，就是簡單的一個節假日是怎麼特殊？沒有這個協調能力就不要在平台上開放訂單啊而且還漲價，既要又要還道德綁架是吧？
這個勉強等等算了在前台玩玩手機時間也就過去了，最絕妙的事情來了————前台竟然把我的身份證給了同期辦理手續的客户，沒錯，就是把我的身份證給了一個陌生人然後跟人家説辦好了可以走了，要不是反應及時我的身份證就在別人手上下落不明瞭。
第一我把身份證給你們工作人員辦理入住手續，是不是代表着你們有替我保管身份證和個人身份訊息保密的義烏，如果不能那你們酒店工作人員請以後也不要向入住的客户索要身份證。權利和義務是一體的初中政治就學過。
第二事情發生之後我向工作人員要一個正面反饋，工作人員的回覆是“就這十幾秒的時間沒有給你造成什麼損失。”請問是不是你們工作人員誤給身份證的行為，導致我身份證訊息泄露和身份證丟失的風險？？用事後結果未發生來掩蓋風險本身。
後續在我指出工作人員行為不當之後，工作人員反饋“是我們是把你身份證給別人了這邊給你道歉，還要怎麼樣呢？”
以上為事情經過，以往出去旅遊都沒有遇到過類似的情況，當然我資質太低不是貴店的目標客户，祝好。

哇偶～完全超出預期的酒店，原本隨便訂的酒店，價格也很便宜。沒想到到店完全超出預期，房間乾淨整潔，全景落地窗，超讚👍🏻。酒店在市中心，位置很好，去哪都很方便。前台小姐姐也很温柔，需要的東西能及時滿足，還會給我們推薦附近好玩的地方和夜市，江邊的夜市也很好，逛一逛富春江，吃一吃小攤。很放鬆。桐廬還是很不錯的的，下次還會再來

桐廬四季華桐酒店地段好，位於迎春南路，酒店總枱服務員服務態度好，熱情周到，房間很新，乾淨整潔，房間內燈光有好幾種模式（明亮/閲讀/柔和/睡眠），空調很給力，能快速製冷。本次入住感覺非常棒，點贊！

設施：一般，配套的用品衹有牙刷和梳子，沒有浴帽之類的。電梯很老，房間沙發破。
衞生：極差，被子上不明血漬被噁心到了
環境：樓下的夜市小攤是最棒的，炒粉和果汁巨好
