Daman is really a very surprising hotel. The front desk guy has a very good service attitude and upgraded two breakfasts for us. The breakfast is very rich. Sitting by the window, you can see the beautiful scenery of Tonglu. The room is very spacious and soundproof. The environment is very good. The sanitation is very clean, refreshing and comfortable. The bathroom is super large, with dry and wet separation, and a refrigerator. I give it a five-star rating.

First of all, it was almost dawn when I arrived at the hotel. They didn't ask for a deposit when checking in, which was fine. I had already prepared to take a shower, but they called me to go downstairs to pay the deposit. In fact, I was already very angry. I was very tired after a day. The air conditioner in the room didn't work even after being turned on for a long time. Fortunately, the weather was not very cold. The most important thing was that they came out at the door very early in the morning and asked if I was checking out. Shouldn't they have checked the room long ago? When I went downstairs, they still told me that they would return the deposit after checking the room. How good are the drinks in your room? The most important thing was that the attitude of the service staff made me very uncomfortable. There was actually nothing to eat for breakfast.

The room is very big, even a 1.35m double bed is very spacious. The windowsill is made of tatami. The bathroom in my room is facing the room and there is no door. It is inconvenient and I am not satisfied. I am not satisfied with the mirror. The bathroom light is dim and the tiles are black. I can't see clearly in the mirror. The mirror on the tea table is distorted.

I brought my kids to Tonglu. I saw good reviews online about Daman. The location is convenient and easy to find. There is an underground parking lot. After arriving at the hotel, I upgraded to a small side suite on a non-smoking floor for free. The room is really big, clean and tidy, with a great view. The room service is very considerate. They prepared snacks and small Coke and 7-up for the kids, as well as children's toothbrushes and slippers. They also gave children breakfast. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety, and most of the guests are guests with kids like us, hahahaha. Oh, and there are cute robots delivering food. In short, the price-performance ratio is very high. The kid said he would book this room again next time he comes to play.
