過去玩的，辦理入住有一位小姐姐我不知道她叫什麼，還有一位是小黃，兩位服務很好，很有耐心的給我介紹當地的景點，禮賓郝，全程服務好，向我介紹他們當地的景點，還幫忙拖行李。設施：好衞生：乾淨環境：好服務：非常好👍 酒店入住歡迎福利:有牛奶，點心。

非高峯期竟然以高樓層沒有熱水不給安排高層房間；無免費升房；衝著有游泳池來的，結果從客房到泳池要坐3個電梯，中間的走廊以及整個樓層間都沒有空調，冷死；整個桐廬帶江景和泳池的目前衹有這家，無奈，放棄泳池吧，會有更好的住宿選擇。什麼年代了，沒有一點智能家居！！！洗漱沐浴用品包括紙巾全部是劣等品！你敢想象五星酒店的廁紙用的比路邊攤的還薄麼？禮賓沒有服務，開車門？拖行李箱？不存在的！早餐沒有桐廬特色，能吃飽。沒有幾個人住宿，走到哪哪都黑漆漆或陰森森的冷死，駭怕！房間因為年代的原因就不做評價了，床品枕頭不是劣等的，還行。健身房的江景也還行。

入住體驗太好了，來到桐廬這是住的最舒服的酒店，雖然天氣有點涼爽但是酒店的服務給人感覺很貼心很暖心，酒店的房間很好，早餐也很不錯，最好的就是服務，尤其是禮賓部的郝先生真的特別的貼心，以後來桐廬還會來這裏的！

房間挺大的，而且正對着富春江。我們一家三代出門，連通房很方便。酒店的服務員都很熱情，會主動詢問有什麼需要幫助的。地下車庫很大，不過如果能加裝幾個充電樁就更好了。較滿意的一次體驗。

酒店位置很好，江景房真心不錯，對接的汪經理給我們提前免費升級為帶次卧的家庭房了，十分驚喜，房間很安靜，睡眠特別舒服。早餐種類多，中西式都有，家人都很滿意。
