Hotels in Wuzhen and Surrounding Area, Tongxiang

A very cosy and beautiful homestay. The lady boss was very friendly and gave us a lot recommendations on food and how to move around. Next to the gate of Wuzhen water town so was very convenient. Only issue is that is that the toilet area are using clear glass so a little inconvenient if not traveling as couple. There is still a curtain to draw.

The location is incredibly convenient, just 200 meters from Wuzhen's main attractions! Wuzhen truly lives up to its reputation for exceptional hospitality. Upon our arrival, the owner was incredibly thoughtful, not only offering us local Wuzhen specialty snacks but also upgrading our room! Overall, a trip to Wuzhen, this quintessential Jiangnan water town, offers fantastic value for money. The captivating blend of culture and stunning scenery provides a rich visual and auditory experience throughout the area. The afternoon and night views, in particular, are truly mesmerizing and will leave you wanting to linger.

The room was beautiful, featuring a classic, antique charm, and was exceptionally clean. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive. When I was heading out at night, worried it might rain, they thoughtfully stopped me to offer an umbrella. In the morning, before I left, they even presented me with a selection of Wuzhen's special local souvenirs and enthusiastically gave me directions, making me feel like I was receiving warm advice from a family elder. Their hospitality was truly heartwarming. The guesthouse is also ideally located, only a short walk from Xizha Scenic Area.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area! It's also conveniently close to the bus station, making it incredibly easy to get around. Right downstairs, you'll find Hanfu shops and various restaurants. The place itself is quiet and spotlessly clean. What really stood out was the hospitality – the host even helped us carry our luggage upstairs and kindly gifted us some local specialties. Overall, a truly delightful stay!

The room was clean and spacious, and it's incredibly close to Wuzhen Xishan Scenic Area! The front desk staff was very friendly. I didn't heed her advice to head out to the scenic area at 5 PM, and sure enough, I went too early, got tired quickly, and ended up missing the night view... Looks like I'll have to visit again! Parking assistance was always available. The washing machine and dryer were clean and convenient. The breakfast offered more variety than a typical guesthouse, and they even included two days of breakfast for our two children, which was very accommodating and flexible.

I would like to give a super big thumbs up for the service and environment here! The staffs are super helpful and friendly which make me feel super comfortable and satisfied with the stay! They provide a recommended lists of places and restaurants to go upon our arrivals at hotel. They even gave us local product as souvenir before we leave. Warm-hearted and precious service 🤍 I would do if I could give them 10 stars rates! SUPER DUPER RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE!

The service is very good, the location is great, because we have a large number of people, and we also help to pick up and drop off the Wuzhen scenic spot. Thank you very much to the bosses ～, but because it is a cladding layer, some rooms are missing from the east and the west, and you need to go to another room to pick it up, and the equipment sometimes fails (like a water heater), Because it does not hinder the washing, I don't say, but if I have to tell the store that I think I should help with it, such as the door lock and the key change from the card, the boss will take the initiative to help deal with it. However, there will be no hot water when washing for too long when taking a bath, and people who care will think twice! Environmental sanitation is also old and dusty, but for me, this price is already very satisfactory ～

Room was as expected, and the staff let us check in early in the morning when we arrived because the room was available. Everything was generally clean, except for some of the out-of-reach spaces. Interesting that they provided disposable bath towels, but that wasn't inconvenient. Lots of small grocery stores and eateries along the same road, so it's convenient to get some food. And while it's geographically near the Xizha, it's still a distance from the entrance of Xizha. It's walkable (around 20min), but a Didi should get you to and fro the hotel quite quickly and affordably.

The place was immaculately clean. The host had prepared a very detailed guide which ensured we made the most of our time. Knowing how much water we go through in summer and not wanting to bother going to the supermarket, we were so grateful that the host generously provided plenty of water, and crucially, it was iced! Such a thoughtful gesture.

Before coming to Wuzhen, I spent a long time looking for hotels and B&Bs, and finally chose this slow-life hotel. After arriving, I found that it was far beyond my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the decoration style was very unique among a bunch of B&Bs that pay attention to the ancient style of ancient towns. The existence of the elevator was very convenient, and I no longer had to drag my luggage up and down. The scenery of the river in front was nice, and the trees beside the river were lush and green. It was a good travel accommodation experience
