I stayed for several nights, but all the cleaning ladies were kind and courteous. The hotel seems to have a 3-star rating, but is there a point card or should I explain LINE points at the front desk? I want you to ask. I don't think it matters if there is a piece of paper on the wall that says there is a point card, or if it's just placed like a board at the front desk. I felt like I lost about 20 times. Also, sometimes there is a staff member (a man with glasses) who is suitable for correspondence, so don't you have the awareness that this is a three-star rated hotel? I doubt it.

Just right for us visiting family while in Japan. Most staff can speak English & help in any way they can to make your stay more comfortable. Cleaners are exceptional in their attention to detail in every respect. Front desk staff are efficient & friendly. Convenient to Bullet train & local trains. A delightful experience overall. We are return customers with several stays over the years, will happily stay again on further trips.

If you work late in Toyohashi, this hotel is recommended. Go to sleep. On the contrary, it is very cheap. However, because it is a bit far from the station, it is difficult to walk to the station on a rainy day.

The hotel was right in front of the bus stop, so I was able to arrive without getting lost even though it was my first time there. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of menu items, and the desserts were delicious. I ended up eating too much. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathtub was too big for me with short legs, so it felt like a pool. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again.
