What a cool property in a great location! A very glamorous lobby followed by a huge room. We were in the Aurora suite on the front side of the building - complete with a balcony - and it has a washing machine (you have to request this room). Good communication with Ingrid on WhatsApp prior to and after arrival. The lobby is not staffed 24 hrs - so Ingrid gave us a door code, talked us into the lobby where we found our room key, and we checked ourselves in! We were able to unload our suitcases right out front on a blue parking zone, and then moved our car to a free white zone one block down and and the corner. Just check the signs for the day they do street washing - otherwise no restrictions. Our room was huge with a small well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was huge with a tiny shower - common in Italy - but ample hot water. We couldn't get our air conditioner to function but when we spoke to the day staff who speaks primarily Italian - it looks like it was 'operator error' so get someone who speaks English to show you how. We were able to open windows but there is car and pedestrian traffic into the wee hours of the morning. There really is no breakfast offered - although there is a small dining room with a coffee machine and tea kettle. They put a few pastry and toast things that come in plastic - like airplane food - in your room and voila that's your continental breakfast! No worries - lots of fresh fruit vendors and other stores nearby. In fact you are well located to the wide shopping promenade. You can also walk to the sea boardwalk or to the historic area in about 10 minutes. This is a great location with ease of arrival and parking - no hassles with ZTL or narrow streets in the historic part. We would stay here again.

Booked a bit at the last and with few expectations, not having planned the tour in Sicily well, it was an excellent discovery and I will definitely be back. Excellent location and cleanliness, large spaces, impeccable kindness of the Lady at the reception. Among the best residences I've ever stayed in. No flaws. All perfect!

One-room or two-room apartments with modern furnishings, complete with everything, with kitchenette or small eat-in kitchen complete with all dishes. For no. Talking about the welcome ... Hingrid is fantastic, with his smile he is the know-how, he welcomes you in a warm, super helpful way. So if you want your independence as if you were at home, in a central area but away from the hustle and bustle (even if it is parallel to the main street) this hotel is for you ... excellent

Struttura moderna con ascensore in vetro in centro, dispone di un solo piano con un paio di appartamenti. I singoli appartamenti dispongono di angolo cottura, microonde e lavatrice, bagno e camera.. Consigliato ed ottimo sopratutto per le famiglie ma anche per chi viaggia per lavoro

Pour résumer, le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Effectivement l'hôtel est plutôt moderne, Ingrid qui nous a accueilli a été très aimable et parle très bien anglais. L'hôtel est situé à environ 10-15min du centre à pied, cela se fait très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un coin cuisine. Notre 1ere chambre (monica de souvenir) était bruyante car donnait d'un côté sur le boulevard qui est très passant et de l'autre sur la pièce qui reçoit les clients pour le petit déjeuner. Ingrid nous a gentiment proposé une autre chambre (qui a été moins bruyante) en revanche certains équipements demanderaient à être remplacés, cuvette fissurée, joint douche abîmé, lavabo qui paraît peu solide. Malgré ça, l'hôtel est bien et l'accueil est important pour nous tout comme l'écoute du client lorsqu'il y a un problème.

Vado spesso per lavoro a Trapani e scelgo sempre di andare da Ingrid, al Map holiday, vicino al centro, a via Fardella ( la via commerciale) ed anche al mare. Non sono stanze ma mini appartamenti da 2 a più posti letto, dotati di ogni comfort. Sembra di stare a casa e per me che sto fuori un'intera settimana per lavoro questo è molto importante. Arredamento nuovo, moderno. Pulizia e ottima colazione (pre covid) , post covid colazione più ridotta x via delle disposizioni. Inoltre Ingrid e Calogero sempre disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questo hotel che ha superato le nostre aspettative: A pochi minuti dal centro senza problemi di parcheggio , pulitissimo.credevamo di aver prenotato una camera ed invece era un mini appartamento con ingresso bagno cucina e camera da letto . In cucina tutto il necessario:latte caffè biscotti e merendine,stoviglie, detersivi e spugne,forno a microonde, frigo,fornelli elettrici. Camera ampia e pulita.bagno moderno e pulito. Mo figlio di 3 anni non voleva andare via:ha pianto perché stava bene e si sentiva come a casa. Grazie Hingrid per l'ospitalità, torneremo!
