Trapani Hotels with Airport pickup service

I stayed at this marvelous hotel from 18.July- 22.July. I travel a lot but this hotel really impressed me in so warm way:) There is bus going from Trapani airport and stops 300m from hotel. Hotel is located in central part of Trapani city and very close to beach and beautiful parks with lot of flowers and palms. Old town is just 10 minutes away by foot. Beach is just few minutes away. Main walking street with lot of shops and Gelato cafes is just 2 blocks away. When I arrived to hotel, I was so impressed by beauty around, I was happy already before enter reception. When I check inn, I noticed how friendly and helpful is stuff. I adore this personal approach, felt special from first minute. All days and everyone who is working here is very helpful, smiley, polite. Stuff is just gem of that place, each of them is real treasure and made my stay so special. I have double room in 2 floor. Room was very clean, lot of space, with nice art pieces on walls. Bed was very comfortable, I had good sleep here. Breakfast is super timing for those who love sleep more in vacation- from 7:00 - 11:00. There are lot of choice for those who love salty and sweet. You can try traditional Italian cakes. And all types of coffee drinks are available:) All stuff here is so polite and helpful- I enjoy every breakfast:) If You want to visit places around Trapani, reception will help You with information. I adore everything about this super hotel. Thank You for being so special, hotel Vittoria. A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.

We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our bike tour of Sicily and it was absolutely great. The location is PERFECT, the rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast area overlooking the sea is amazing (inside and outside seating). They offered all the usual Sicilian treats of pastries, meats, cheeses as well as eggs and bacon for the Americans! The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The front desk staff and manager were absolutely amazing and so kind. I had an accident and they rushed to help me and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I would DEFINITELY recommend looking no further and staying at lovely La Gancia. Thank you La Gancia.

19 room boutique hotel very clean everything you might need ..,breakfast nothing missing ....hotel situated in the old town of Trapani central to all shops & restaurants most of all the staff especially on reception were fantastic helpful & polite any question asked was kindly dealt with the girls Marta & Clara were so knowledgeable on the area giving me & my friend a great itinerary everyday on where to go what to see & best of all where to eat local food ice cream & cakes no problem with the English language the girls spoke at least 5 languages & very well so the experience overall was excellent I must also say that I found Trapani a very safe place to be in late at night walking around asking for direction the local people very obliging ! Food always fresh & of course if you like fish you'd be in the right place fresh tuna everywhere & prepared in all sorts of ways I would say local deli's are the best places to eat if you don't always want to sit in a restaurant & walking shoes a must if your not travelling around by car

We arrived at 14.00, at this time the check in desk is unattended, but the keys were waiting for us in an envelope at reception. The apartment was clean, quiet with a good shower and comfortable bed. the toiletries provided were lovely, really good quality. It is located in the old part of town, and you can arrange valet parking, but the public parking space is a 10 minute walk away and very good value at 20 cents an hour. The hotel is well situated for the old town and restaurants of Trapani, and the concierge / receptionist is really helpful with good suggestions of eating out and will book the restaurants for you. If I was visiting Trapani again I would stay at this hotel again.

I have absolutely no idea why this hotel has 3.5 stars and not 4.5/5. We have literally just arrived but first and foremost what a stunningly beautiful structure and hotel. I nearly didn’t book as I was put off by the reviews, hence the reason to write a review within 10 mins of getting our room. We arrived early morning to be greeted by the reception staff with a friendly smile and despite our room not being available this wasn’t a problem as they were happy to store our luggage so we could go and explore. The said to come back at a time which was and hour an half earlier than the official check in, the proceeded to give us the checking information so when we returned we could be shown straight to our room. Well what an amazing first impression, stunning room, on the second floor which displays original features from the historic Sicilian church that the building once was. The lobby area outside the room has comfy sofas and again beautiful architecture. Staff showed us to the room and explained everything. Rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen area, sofa and dining area, bedroom area and clean and function bathroom. Everything is decorated to an incredibly high spec, WiFi working perfectly (full service, not sure why the bad reviews on this previously)! Walked up to the pool areas which is amazing, gorgeous views of the rooftops of Sicily and the sea in the distance. Anyone afraid of booking please don’t hesitate like I did, ignore the bad reviews and book straight away you won’t be disappointed.
