Posizione davvero splendida, di fronte la scalinata per salire al centro storico, a un passo dalla spiaggia (sia privata che libera) e dal santuario. Ampio parcheggio gratuito, possibilità di affittare anche ombrellone e sdraio e ristorante in loco. Staff gentile e disponibile. Struttura pulitissima, letti comodi, camera ben insonorizzata e climatizzata. Piccolo frigorifero in camera, bel balcone (camera numero 2), ottima camera familiare!

In ottobre abbiamo viaggiato in quello splendore che risulta essere tutta l'Italia, ma, nel nostro caso, quella meridionale, Sicilia e Calabria. Abbiamo scelto questa realtà, ci siamo rimasti per più di una settimana e ci ha letteralmente conquistato! A parte la posizione a dir poco strategica, una famiglia riservata, gentile, disponibile, pulizia, ordine, massimo benessere. E poi....amicizie veramente singolari e indimenticabili (vedi foto)! Consigliata a tutti! Grazie anche per l'ottima pizza gustata nella nostra veranda!

Struttura in ottima posizione per muoversi con ristorante lido e parcheggio interno comodissimo visto la zona che si trova (lungomare) a 2 passi dal mare e dalla scalinata che porta nel centro di Tropea, stanza molto pulita e ampia, personale disponibile,

Struttura al limite della legalità. Cucine sterne che danno su un parcheggio con oche e galline che girano e a volte entrano nell’area cucina. Interno vecchi, pulizia mediocre. A parte la Porta d’ingresso non è possibile aprire altre finestre in casa. Unica nota semi positiva e la vicinanza alla spiaggia ma per arrivarci bisogna attraversare il parcheggio con le galline a una serie di bagni pubblici fatiscenti. Da evitare!

La casa è vecchia con condizionatori non funzionanti ma la cosa peggiore sono i titolari due persone molto sgarbate pesanti e aggressive che non fanno valere i propri diritti e addirittura sono minacciosi Consiglio a chi volesse passare una vacanza tranquilla e un minimo confortevole soprattutto se si è in famiglia di non prenotare da questi soggetti Peccato per la posizione molto interessante

De beachhuts van case vacanze mare grande zijn volledig uitgerust met keuken en eettafel op het terras en genoeg bedden binnen. Voor gezinnen die 30 meter van de beach willen zitten en 100 meter van het oude centrum van tropea met uitzicht op het icoon van tropea het klooster op de berg is dit de beste oplossing. sóchtens lekker vers ontbijt halen in de stad genieten van het strand en zonsondergang. Meer dan genoeg parkeerplaats en excellente service van de het familie bedrijf. Op het terrein staat teven een prima restaurant met uitzicht op zee.
