the key didn't lock the room. 15 minutes after telling us "if anything just call" the host's phone was off, so he knew of the problem. we had to go for dinner with all out filming and photo equipment unsafe, and had to carry the most expensive instead of relaxing and resting. still no reply to calls and messages when we left in the morning.

We booked this hotel for 1 night to break our journey from the Alps to Calais. Location is great but the hotel really let us down. I think it is quite normal to expect a mirror in a hotel room, but there was not one. I used the microwave door as a mirror! There were no window coverings (we were in the eaves so blinds would have been appreciated). Only 1 small pillow each and no surfaces in the bedroom to put clothes or suit case on, some instructions to enter the building would have been useful, also as would a welcome letter with details of the Wi-Fi. To top it all there was no hot water. The building does not have a manned reception so getting hold of anyone to complain is very difficult. Overall a very shabby and unfinished room that did not impress me. I will not be returning.

J’ai mis deux pour deux raisons, la première étoile, parce que cela se situe en centre-ville, la deuxième, parce que l’effort a été fait pour un petit déjeuner certes succincte. La chambre que j’ai eu est dans un état, plus que lamentable depuis la table de la cuisine, des personnes qui passe dans le couloir, peuvent vous observer, cette même fenêtre, a d’ailleurs du papier peint arraché au coin de cette fenêtre d’ailleurs . Alarme incendie posée sur le micro-ondes 2 +, 1 odeur de renfermer et d’humidité aurais dû me faire fuir dès le départ . Arrivé dans la chambre, je constate que le climatiseur a fui sur la moquette et c’est cela qui dégage l’odeur À mon arrivée, pas de chauffage… Une tringle à rideau sur deux … Je pense que je vais m’arrêter là …
