"Friendly welcome. Good location easy to access to the center. Breakfast buffet was nice large selection of bread, jam, yogurt etc. Only 3 items on hotside buffet( scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages ). Overall i enjoy one night stay. Recommended."

"We booked this hotel at the last minute on Trip.com. We were driving from Geneva to the tunnel at Calais. We arrived around 7 pm. There was a very helpful lady on the reception who gave us all the information we needed for a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very clean with clean towels and everything was spotless. I can definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Troyes. "

"2 small problems of my stay ; Then I was going to have a cleaning pad after I was going to the toilet . It is not to household women who have to clean the toilets after some big deguulasses ( because there is no BROSSE !!! ) You will have to do like the bathroom serviettes , after the customer 's stay , put the toilet pad into washing and put another clean for the future customer . And the second small problem : last night at 23 : 00 am , I was on the card in the box and there more light that lights . The very nice host , I give in 5 minutes another room . but not very well overall"

"The hotel is located 15 minutes walk without hurrying from the station and 5 minutes from the center. The room has everything you need for a night, even glasses for toothbrushes. You can ask for a teapot on the respiratory room, which is the plate on the desktop in the room."

"Room was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys"

"Very nice and helpful staff. The location is good, close to the city and several restaurants. The rooms very nice and spacious. The breakfast quite OK. The only thing we weren't happy with was that all the scrambled eggs were completely gone already at 08.00 when we were supposed to have breakfast. When we asked for more, the breakfast staff said it was out and more would not come."
