The stay at Best Western was good. The room we chose was very comfortable with a Queen bed and a recliner too. Amenities were good. Can have a few more options at the complimentary breakfast, rest everything was good

The whole room was full of moldy odor. There were almost no facilities. There were many rats running around the door of the house. There were all kinds of strange people living in the hotel. Many black people looked at Asians with strange eyes. The rental car was parked outside, and there was a strange person staring at it and circling around. Because I was traveling as a girl, I felt very insecure. I will never choose this hotel again. It's terrible.
