Kin-Ha provided a simple, clean room with a nice breakfast served under the rooftop palapa in a quiet, perfect location. The staff is kind and accommodating and the property has parking. I would stay here again and highly recommend Kin-Ha Tulum.

Great Location and clean. Those are the good parts. Room is spacious. The bed was very small. Room has no atmosphere and no window, only a glass door. Garden looks nice but no seating or hammocks at all. Bathroom is so small you can’t even enter it easy because the door does not open No furniture. Not even something to lay down your bag or a hook. Towels old, dirty and shredded. Only 2 medium towels no small or larger towels. No hair dryer. Way way to expensive for what it is - you pay for the location and that’s all.

Hotel butique bem charmoso, o quarto tem um design chic e o chuveiro funciona bem. Tem ar condicionado, ventilador e o café da manhã é preparado na hora com frutas , tacos e tostadas. Não tem uma área de lazer então fica difícil aproveitar o hotel durante o dia.

Das Hotel verfügt nur über 20 Zimmer, die alle zu einem grünen Innenhof hin angelegt sind. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Hotelgäste sind überwiegend europäisch, und ruhig. Sehr nettes, freundliches Hotel in fußweite zur Hauptstraße Tulum. Das Hotel liegt trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße von Tulum ruhig und man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Morgens gibt es ein Frühstück mit frischem Obst und Brot auf der Dachterrasse der Anlage. Dort kommt man ins Gespräch mit anderen Gästen (wenn man das möchte). Das Hotel kann ausnahmslos weiterempfohlen werden, wenn man eine ruhige, saubere und preiswerte Unterkunft in Tulum sucht! Man sollte aber ein Auto haben, denn der Strand und die touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind weit.

Minha estadia no Hotel Kin Ha Tulum foi excelente! O quarto é simples, mas muito confortável, perfeito para quem valoriza praticidade. A localização é um grande destaque: bem no centro de Tulum, com fácil acesso a tudo o que a cidade oferece. O Wi-Fi foi surpreendentemente rápido, o que foi ótimo para organizar meus passeios e manter contato. O atendimento na recepção foi super prestativo. Em um momento de necessidade, quando meu transfer para Cancún foi cancelado, a equipe foi ágil e me ajudou a encontrar uma solução alternativa. Também gostei da flexibilidade do hotel, já que consegui receber alguns amigos no meu quarto sem burocracias desnecessárias, o que foi um diferencial. O café da manhã começa um pouco tarde (às 8h), o que pode ser um detalhe a melhorar para quem tem passeios cedo. No entanto, a seleção de frutas frescas e saborosas compensa a espera. Recomendo o Hotel Kin Ha Tulum para quem busca um lugar prático e bem localizado em Tulum!

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits. La végétation est luxuriante Très bon accueil mais chambre surprenante pour un 3 étoiles. L'équipement de la chambre est sommaire. Pas de frigo, 4 cintres pour suspendre les vêtements . Bonne literie et wifi assez bonne. La chambre est sombre du fait de la végétation mais un avantage elle reste fraîche. Un bonus pour la terrasse où l'on prend le petit-déjeuner. La dame de l'accueil est vraiment très aimable et vous aide en cas de besoin

Chambre moderne à l'étage, pas très grande mais sympathique et suffisante pour une nuit. Malgré l'environnement agité, pas de bruit gênant dans le logement. Petit-déjeuner mexicain typique, cuisiné sur place en direct, servi sur une superbe terrasse.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 5 giorni e tutto è andato benissimo. Le camere sono arredate in maniera minimale ma assolutamente confortevoli, la colazione è squisita e la gentilezza di Gabriela e Carlos hanno reso il nostro soggiorno bellissimo. Consigliatissimo!
