It was like in the pictures. and its near by the main road in Tulum City. Nice people and very helpfully in all situation. We recomand ! The street its under repair but looks like will be done this season. We recomand to follow staff recomandation for trips and rentals.

Nice and simple hotel with a beautiful pool and outdoor area! Quiet location but only 10-15 mins walk to the centre and 5 mins from Palma Central. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Really helpful and friendly staff, they helped us with taxis and tour bookings. Staff were also readily available if you come across any issues! Free breakfast, which was simple but enough and lovely, with fresh juices everyday!

It exceeds the expectations in regards to ambience, the photos don't do it justice. It's clean, fresh and neat. The rooms are simple and include the expected. Comfortable beds as well. The pool was perfect! Since most guests make excursions the pool is mostly empty during the day, so that leaves you alone in the quite if you like that. No music, and no noise at all. There are bikes to rent which was very convenient. Location: yes, it's in the outskirts of the pueblo/city center, and yes the street is a bit sketchy, very dirty and it has no street lights. You can however easily walk to the center area and there are several options of restaurants very close by. But bikes makes life easier. This is a great place to stay for comfort use as a base for different daytrips and excusions. All in all it lives up to the expectations and promises. The real disappointment was the breakfast. It was poor. Very poor. But it was great for our purpose of the stay we intended!

Excellent, safe, clean, beautiful place to stay. Front desk staff Juan Carlos and Emmanuel were incredibly helpful with general tips, transportation, tour, ideas, and recommendations, as well as restaurant ideas. It was a block and a half walk to the main road and there are several restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend the closest which is on the same road called Restaurante La Choca (do not miss it!) You can also easily walk for 15 minutes towards the more busy downtown area on the main highway for a variety of restaurant options. The pool and breakfast area were both beautifully maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Most days it included coffee and tea, of course, granola, yogurt, fruit, honey, breakfast, cereals, eggs, omelettes, toast, and one day there was pancakes. The staff working there were lovely and very helpful. It was a lovely, quiet place to stay, and we felt safe at all times. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and the people that we met who worked there.

Had wonderful 4 nights during our travels through Mexico. Beautiful facilities, friendly helpful staff and we loved the location. If in tulum try Palma Central for great food, drinks and atmosphere couple of minutes walk away from Hotel.

Hotel very well located to be able to go out to dinner in the evening without the car and very pleasant. The rooms are large, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The staff is welcoming. Quality breakfast even if there could be more choice. I recommend!

Very pleasant villa. Really large and well maintained swimming pool. Clean room, cleaning OK, with wooden concrete style.... Breakfast very good: eggs, fresh fruit juice, toast, coffee, fruit, cereals... Bike rental quite expensive. Very friendly staff whether at reception or in the morning during breakfast. Thank you! After Tulum there is little interest...except the temple...
