We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay at Q71. The suite was very large, comfortable, efficiently heated, optimally located and vey quiet. Everything was perfect, including the (easy) communication with the hosts. As you won’t meet anyone in person, you need to take care of all the registration process yourself which really is the single drawback to the whole experience, it remains minor though. A great place at a reasonable price. Very recommended.

VERY BAD: The room has dark colored walls and furnishings, but the windows only overlook the internal courtyard and cloister so the lights are always on, even during the day. Early in the morning on the day of checkout they accidentally deactivated the access code and we were practically left in the dark! We packed our bags with the flashlight from our cell phone. At 9:45 they gave us the light back, but they only left it until 10:00!!! A 250 euro a night joke. Rude and incompetent. Money can be used to renovate apartments, but it can't buy the experience of managing guests. GOOD (if that's enough...): Enviable location, entrance to the condominium in Piazza Castello in the historic center of Turin. Room with plenty of space, recently renovated, large and really beautiful bathroom

Parola d’ordine PROFESSIONALITÀ. Struttura FANTASTICA, pulita, in ottima posizione e poi per non parlare della pulizia a dir poco SPETTACOLARE. Possibilità di avere il wi-fi, televisori Samsung di ultima generazione, mobili tenuti benissimo e pulitissimi, sia dentro che sopra. Ottimo design e camera arredata con gusto. Per non parlare delle governanti, donne gentilissime e sempre disponibili. La Signora Olivia, gestore della struttura, anche se non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscerla personalmente, è stato come se lo fosse stata. Sempre presente e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Infine, la posizione……….STRAORDINARIA.

Wat een fantastisch en compleet appartement midden in de binnenstad van Turijn. Strak en modern ingericht. Je krijgt het gevoel in een nieuw appartement binnen te komen. “Right where the action is”. Slaapkamer ruim met prima kingsize bed. badkamer perfect. Living en keuken goed geoutilleerd. Enige minpunt dat we konden bedenken is de matige WiFi. Aanrader voor stedentrippers. Turijn ook trouwens. Leuke stad.

Suite Regio is heel stijlvol ingericht met natuursteen vloeren en voorzien van alle gemakken (espresso apparaat elke kamer sepate airco). We ontvingen een upgrade naar een grotere kamer met balkon. Ligging midden in het centrum tegenover palazzo Madam en het koninklijk paleis (laadpunt electrische auto naast accommodatie). Incheck verloopt digitaal, zodra je dit hebt voltooid ontvang je voor aankomst de incheckinformatie (code en instructies stap voor stap met foto’s). Gevraagd naar restaurantmogelijkheden en die kregen we netjes en het geadviseerde restaurant (Tre Galline) was top.

Sopra tutte le aspettative, che già erano alte. Bellissima, spaziosa, pulitissima e in una posizione FANTASTICA. C'è tutto quello di cui hai bisogno con un'ottima cura dei dettagli. Soggiornare sulla piazza principale è comodissimo, sei a pochi minuti a piedi da tutto.
