Great location : 30 min. walk you can go anywhere. Clean and comfortable, you have a private box for your car for 10 €. Breakfast amazing : all you can eat and quality is really good.

It's close to Porta Susa Station. There's also a supermarket nearby. There are lots of restaurants, so it's very convenient. The room was very clean and nice.

Good budget hotel with access to Porta Sousa train station and easy access to the centre of Turin. We need a hotel close to the station for an early morning departure to the airport we picked this because price was reasonable for a one night stay. We arrived early pre booking in time, they had no trouble allowing us to book in with no extra cost, afternoon was spent in Turin, the rooms were basic but had everything we need, they were clean although decorate was a bit old with paint patches on several places on the wall, it was clean and warm (given this was Jan and cold), the staff were friendly and it was secure to leave valuables etc in room. You get what you pay for and this meet our needs competely for price.

Fair prices, lovely staff and located optimally Obviously not high end but what else do you expect for 37,50 Euros a night per person. The bathroom was a bit odd since the shower was completely open to the room but no reason to complain. Breakfast included which was all right. The staff was kind and friendly and we could use their printer The beds were comfy enough and the house, even though it’s a bit older, was sort of charming in a way

Our original hotel room fell through elsewhere and we saw this hotel nearby. Stopped in and immediately got a very well-priced room (under 60 euros), and was handed a room key and remote I thought went to a ceiling fan. Even better: It was for a strong, cool air conditioner! We needed it after trudging around with our luggage on a hot day. The location is excellent: A four minute walk to Porta Susa train station and a one-minute walk to the 56 bus that takes you into the central area of Turin. Luca at the front desk was helpful, friendly and professional (and spoke English). The pizza place next door is fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. It's not fancy, but it is very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator. We even had a small balcony in our room.

Considero l'albergo Orchidea un punto di riferimento per me per i soggiorni a Torino. Posizione eccellente nelle vicinanze della stazione di Porta Susa (quartiere vivace, dove si trova di tutto, tra ristoranti e negozi vari). Edificio datato, ma rinnovato in modo soddisfacente, buon standard senza lussi e inutili fronzoli, camere accoglienti, vista interna sui balconi tipici della Torino di una volta, accoglienza simpatica e rispettosa del cliente soprattutto da parte del giovane sig. Luca. Gestione non torinese (cinese), ma che appare ben radicata nel quartiere. Una traccia di "torinesitá" autentica nel signore che fa il portiere notturno. Per quanto detto sopra, consiglio vivamente l'Hotel Orchidea per chi vuole praticità e prezzi corretti.

Siamo state tre notti in questo albergo in realtà molto comodo per arrivare in piazza castello ci vogliono 20 minuti a piedi. Giovedì 31 ottobre alle 22.30 dovevamo essere in albergo ma x un ritardo dei mezzi siamo arrivate all'una e trenta di notte. Il portiere notturno un signore gentilissimo ci ha accolte e si è anche adoperato per darci tutte le dritte possibili e infatti siamo andate e tornate da Venaria senza nessun intoppo grazie alle info. La camera molto carina le lenzuola testate che saltava la moneta, gli asciugamani morbidi e bianchissimi ma avrei dato più punti se non fosse stato per il fatto che l'ultima mattina ci hanno lasciato senza carta igienica e avendola richiesta non ci è stata comunque portata ci siamo arrangiate con dei fazzolettini ....peccato per una stanza pagata quasi 200 euro a notte non doveva succedere. La colazione buona le torte fatte in casa molto buone.
