Camera grande, arredamento della camera e parti comuni già molto vissuto. Insonorizzazione quasi assente tra le camere. Forte odore di fogna nel bagno. Colazione così così.

Nightmarish 4-star hotel... 0 stars... gloomy, dark, dirty room, cobwebs in various parts of the room!!!! BESIDES I can't say we escaped without staying overnight!!! When requesting a refund, the response was via email that the cobwebs were only 15 cm so nothing to worry about and they couldn't proceed with the refund (I'd like to point out that all this was written via email and therefore documented! Due to lack of time I didn't start a procedure through legal advice to consumer services!!! Zero stars zero professionalism! Run away NOT RECOMMENDED

Hotel molto caratteristico e molto bello. Nn è situato in centro a Torino ma nn dista molto dalle principali attrazioni. Camere molto belle e confortevoli. Ottima la colazione sia con cose pronte che piatti da ordinare gratuiti. Personale molto gentile

Esperienza molto gradevole per il mio breve soggiorno a Torino. La struttura trova il suo punto forte, a mio parere, nella posizione (a neanche 5 minuti dalla Mole e immediatamente prima della ZTL, dunque comodo da raggiungere in auto e allo stesso tempo a ridosso del centro) e nell'estetica dell'ambiente. La camera, molto ampia, e gli spazi sono arredati con tanto gusto e cura, con legno e colori caldi. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. L'unico neo è forse la mancanza di qualcosa di vegano nella colazione, dato che nessun dolce tra quelli preparati lo era e non c'era nemmeno una brioche vegana che ormai si trova ovunque (il mio è comunque solo uno stimolo a migliorare!) e, tolta frutta e marmellata, non c'era niente.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel con i miei due figli per 4 notti. Camera bella e pulitissima arredata con gusto , colazione top e che dire dello staff...meraviglioso! Un' accoglienza fantastica, gentilezza,attenzione al cliente che in altre strutture difficilmente si trova. Complimenti!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente!
