We booked 2 nights in this hotel on August 7th. Our room was at the first floor. As it was very hot, i of course booked a room with Air conditioning. As we arrived the AC was not working! After several tentatives to ask the hotel to find a solution for us to repair or whatever else (other room?) we had no other choice than to stay at least the first night. The room was terribly hot, so we had to open the windows (first floor over the street, which was noisy). In the morning we discovered that somebody entered our room during the night and stole all our jewellery including cash..... I am now since one month fighting with this poor hotel to get a reimbursement... as it is clearly their fault that we had to sleep with open windows. I even think that the hotel might have also a responsibility in the fact that we got stolen..... So do NOT go in this hotel!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I'll start by saying that it was written and they told us that it was possible to pay on arrival but a few days before we received a notice to make a bank transfer for the amount of the stay. We call and ask for explanations and they reply that if we paid in cash upon arrival they would give us the money back from the bank transfer... but what's the point? If they told us this straight away it would have been fine for us to make a bank transfer straight away but no one informed us... Besides, apart from the double bed, very good breakfast and a decent stay.

From the outside you cannot tell that it is a residence; the view from the internal courtyard is not the best, hanging clothes, blankets, tablecloths, noise, screams; spacious and clean rooms, the terrace is very comfortable to benefit from a bit of Turin air especially in the evening, the bathroom without a window is not the best and furthermore the rooms are not cleaned and tidied up every day by the cleaning lady, what about which one I do not compromise; the air conditioner doesn't work and even though it was April we tested it because we wanted to be sure that everything was working, but it wasn't like that; in the evening we could hear noises and shouts coming from the bars below until four in the morning; the bell on the doors was the worst thing in the hotel, I heard every time the people in the next room rang it; poor breakfast and terrible dinner, the evening food was inedible, the kitchen was saved at the last minute with the six very nice and friendly waitresses.

The hotel is located a few steps from the center, in a neighborhood full of cafes and restaurants. It is a very suggestive railing building that has been adapted into a hotel: in particular we had a quadruple room on the top floor which was practically a mini-apartment with two double rooms and a bathroom. All very spacious, well furnished, comfortable and quiet. Quite rich breakfast buffet, with sweet and savory options even if the breakfast room is a bit small. Very kind staff. A note on parking: we paid for parking for two days starting on Saturday at around 3pm, I would have expected it to be an actual 48 hours, but on the day of checkout we had to move the car at 9.30am and in fact we had to repay the parking ( we would have left anyway at 3pm). In any case, if I were to return to Turin I would definitely come back here.

Hotel very close to the center of Turin, nice rooms but everything ruined by the cleaning ladies and the hotel kitchen. Embarrassing breakfast and dinner no less. As far as the cleanliness of the rooms is concerned, we had a really bad time since they tried to nitpick to keep the deposit money, go and buy an ice cream. EMBARASSING

Very good room and beautiful apartment with all the comfort we wanted. Everything was clean. We even had nice little balconies. The reception staff were very pleasant. The only downside is that Via Santa Julia is very noisy because there are some nice bars. Complicated when you are a light sleeper

The strong point of this property is certainly the location. Other than that it wasn't a good experience. We booked the parking space and not even with the addition of a surplus we were able to leave the car the next day until 11am. At that point, early in the morning we moved the car outside. Since we had made the reservation quickly upon our arrival, we asked at reception whether or not we had breakfast included. The lady confirmed it by telling us the times and the place. The following morning, after moving the car, we sat down for our breakfast. Too bad we weren't on the list. And the same person who had told us yes the evening before replied that it was desolate but that it was not included, inviting us to have our paid breakfast in the bar next door. By now we had made our plans and we satisfied ourselves by having a not cheap breakfast of frozen croissants.
