The hotel rent is very high and there is not complimentary facility (like tea, coffee, hot water kettle, hair dryer etc.). The hotel has frequent power cuts and there is no powerbackup facility. The AC does not work during power cuts. And the hotel does not provide any free packed water bottle. The check out time is 9 am which is very early. All the staff always says be careful at the time of checkout otherwise extra charges will be involved. The behavior of the staff is bad. I ordered black coffee. The coffee tasted very bad. The food was good, especially the thali. Overall very bad. The only good thing is that the hotel is located very close to the Mahakal temple, the hotel is located ***** a damaged road with narrow lane.

Location is perfect. Food was good. Rooms are very small and not cleaned properly. Mattress was really bad and uncomfortable. But it’s ok if it’s only a day stay as temple is walkable market is near by , food they serve is reasonable and good.

Staff behaviour is very rude and no ventilation in room even washroom doors is also not operational.No parking space.
I had choose with breakfast but in the name of breakfast they provided only single dish and if you ask more they were denied.

The location is nearby Ujjain Station on walking distance & easily accessible. No daily room cleaning service. Breakfast quality is average.

Room was small, Bed not comfortable. Restaurant labour were cleaning pot till and were making noise till 1:30 a.m. Can't sleep properly.

Room was OK Ok...staff said 24/7hot water but no hotter was there...bedding/towel wasn’t hygenie....my room was top of kit he’s n it was very noisy...couldn’t sleep full night....restaurant was horrible n cannot describe that much horrible...don’t try to eat ...
