Terrible Experience - Overpriced with Hidden Fees I recently stayed at this hotel and had the most disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The room was nothing like the pictures online—outdated furniture, a musty smell, and a dirty bathroom with stains on the walls. To top it off, they asked for a $50 deposit upfront, which was not mentioned when I booked the room. It felt like a hidden fee, and they didn’t explain the purpose of it or when I could expect to get it back. After a horrible night of barely any sleep, I was eager to leave, but the deposit process was just another headache. Honestly, I expected much better for the price I paid. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. --- Feel free to adjust the details as needed!

The style of the room is different from the last time I stayed. It is Chinese style. I found that the double bed in foreign countries is generally 1 meter, which is not as good as in China. In addition, the air conditioning in the room is not warm. The advantages are as described in the previous comments. The neighborhood is very prosperous, and it is close to restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets. It is not far from Genghis Khan Square.

The hotel has been renowated in 2024 so everything is very nice and clean, but still a lot of room for upgrades, especially regarding to the restaurant and coffee shop - they are not even close to the 5* hotel level

I really dont understand their AC and ventilation system. With the AC it is too noisy to rest but without it the room has no air to breath. Also the sheets are too hard and the air is dry. Not comfy.

This hotel has everything! There is any and every facility you could want and more you wouldn't even think of in the hotel. There is enough that you could spend your whole trip there. Everyone at the hotel is super nice, helpful, and proactive to make sure you have the best stay there. It is centrally located in Ulaanbaatar so you are close to the main things in the city and surrounded by all types of resources you could need. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are very nice and clean!! 10/10, would highly recommend it if you are traveling to Ulaanbaatar - you will have a great time and a comfortable stay.

Central location, decent bar on the 25th floor. Breakfast was sufficient. Bathroom lighting can't be adjusted resulting in a very bright environment

I stayed there over 7 nights. On the first day I arrived at 12 noon and the check-in time was 2.00 pm. After a 13 hour flight and car ride from the airport to the hotel I just wanted to get into the room and have a hot shower. Usually in all other cities and hotels in Asia, they would have allowed me to check in earlier if they had a room. In this case, they had a room but wanted to charge me the rate of 30% for that two hour stay. I paid for it as I was in no mood to argue over it and as my Mongolian business partners were with me and I did not want to cause a scene. The hotel toilet had a smell from the drainage pipe and they could not clear the smell even after I had complained. The service staff was generally pleasant although some of the restaurant staff need some further training. At the Chinese restaurant when I asked one of the waiter to change to a private room after being seated at the normal dining hall which was noisy, the waiter replied that he was busy. And asked me to go to the reception. Perhaps they are still a bit rough at the edges. Also, the 24 hour room service does not exist as is promoted in their brochure in the room. I had to go to the front desk and then I was directed to go to the coffee house to make my order. I asked why nobody picked up the 24 hour room service line and the front desk asked me what number I dialed. I replied 3222 as was in the brochure in the room and he told me it was 3150. I told him its 3222 as per the room brochure but he insisted it was 3150. I went back to my room to double check after placing the order at the coffee house and it was 3222 in the brochure. So either they have a wrong print or they have not updated with a new number. I was seated in the cafe many times and I noticed a gentleman who would go up to sign for a coffee at the cafe. I assumed he must be a senior staff of the hotel. If he was indeed a senior staff I thought he would be friendly enough to smile to the guests at the cafe and assume some if not all the guests are also guests of the hotel.

Hotel was open about May 2025. We are so glad we got this brand new hotel in Ulaanbaatar. It is still new, so alot of things they are still in the adaptation phase. Manage your expectation and make sure you jave your room reaervation right. The hotel is located within a shopping center that is ”attached” to another shopping center. Food court here sells food that are most acceptable to us. Room is big. About 41 sqm. If you are a fan of firm bed like me, you will love this hotel. Suggest you get breakfast somewhere else. Overall, love this hotel. If we were to come back, this would be our first choice. Heard of reviews of a 5 star should be resort quality hotel from our friends and it was not to expectation. This hotel, exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, size and comfort.

This is my third time in Ulaanbaatar. I used to stay near the square, but this is my first time here. The hotel is great, the service is satisfactory, and it is super warm. The front desk also gave me breakfast, which is nice. The room is clean and bright, the gym has everything, and there is coffee bene downstairs. Helped me book a taxi, which is very thoughtful. There are Korean restaurants, Chinese restaurants, Indian restaurants, local restaurants, and convenience stores everywhere to satisfy all kinds of stomachs.

The room is large, the bedding is comfortable but the towels are not absorbent enough. The view is good on a high floor and the city center can be reached on foot. There is a convenience store in the lobby. The room card needs to be operated by the staff the next day before it can be used.
