"Very clean and spacious, it felt like a whole apartment, which made the kids happy. The beds were clean, and we had a great night's sleep before our flight. We had a car, so the location wasn't an issue for us. There wasn't much kitchenware (just one pot, one fork and spoon, and two mugs); it would be great to have a frying pan and more utensils for a family if possible. Otherwise, everything was excellent! I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"During my 6-day self-guided tour in Ulaanbaatar, we encountered several difficulties due to the scarcity of roofed taxis, the inconvenience of ride-hailing apps, and language barriers. The manager provided timely, thoughtful, and detailed assistance, which allowed us to successfully complete our travel plans in Ulaanbaatar. A special thanks goes to the manager who personally accompanied us after my companion's phone was accidentally lost while shopping. With the manager's and front desk staff's diligent communication, the phone was successfully retrieved. Thank you again! The manager is Chinese, so communication was seamless, and he was very helpful! I highly recommend this hotel to friends."

"This hostel was really clean and comfortable. The location was really good too -walking distance to shops, restaurants, and museums. There is even a cafe in the same building. The UB train station is less than 40 min walk. The owner is really friendly and responsive and provides daily complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries. "Hotel manager was a lovely guy and receptive to requests. knowing thefts are common in Ulaanbaatar he personally minded my motorbike overnight, which was locked in the carpark outside. Apartment was spacious, clean and air was well controlled. Some amenities were missing: shower curtain was missing so I had a bath and wash with the showerhead detached. Couch was unusually hard. Some PowerPoints didn't seem to work with my two-pin style adaptor. Basic hotel supplies e.g. soap, toothbrush, razor and hair drier were all supplied with much thanks. Location was close to the airport which was what I needed at the time. There are department store nearby with amenities but they close at usual business hours. Not many late night services available nearby, only a handful of restaurants. Overall a comfortable stay with thanks to the manager."
