The location is great, so close to the Square, the exterior is great, looks gorgeous, but inside it doesn’t look like 5 stars hotel. The hotel rooms look poor.

The hotel has been renowated in 2024 so everything is very nice and clean, but still a lot of room for upgrades, especially regarding to the restaurant and coffee shop - they are not even close to the 5* hotel level

The oldest hotel in Mongolia but in my opinion very nice inside, mega large rooms, everything renovated, mega reception and definitely the best location because in the very center. Breakfast ok, but for a 5 star hotel and no coffee machine at breakfast it is unacceptable - that's one minus!
