There were quite a lot of insects in the room, and the shower room had a strong smell.
The hotel seemed to be a renovated old building.
It was run by a family, so I really hope they keep doing their best.

The price is good for Ulanbator. Not too far from the city center. Some rooms smell of cigarette, but it's worth it for the price.

Хороший район, рядом магазины, кафе. Я брал номер без окна и к нему единственное замечание: нужен кондиционер, человек не может жить без движения воздуха, проветривания. Душно и не комфортно. Завтраки неплохие

Многое как будто недоделанно, розетки выпадают из стены и тд. Завтраки азиатские, европейскому человеку непривычные, сибирякам тоже) но пару ночей переночевать нормально. Душ и принадлежности есть, персонал приветлив и участлив)
