The property is set as a guest house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms in the hallway, and a laundry room. Each rooms have either 8, 4, or 2 bunk beds. The property has a nice spacious kitchen and dining area with flatscreen TV. Also, we prioritize the safety and security of our guests, hence, we have surveillance cameras set up only in the common areas and lockers in each bedrooms.
My name is Sony (Ankhtuya) and I have been working in the tourism industry since 2018. I am excited to welcome you to our guest house and I hope you will create lifelong memories here in Mongolia.
The apartment is conveniently located in heart of the city and is in a safe neighborhood. The main attractions such as the Sukhbaatar Square, State Department Store, Shangri-La Shopping Center and the National Museum are 20-30 minutes walking distance.

Definitely the best hostel i have ever stayed. Friendly staff, nice and spacious room. Always appreciate room with table inside!! Individual bathroom + toilet while with sink & mirror in the public area (best for girl to get dressed before going out). With multiple door to enter the hostel that makes me feel safe. Didnt use the pantry here but it looks good. Walkable distance to key attractions

これから泊まる日本人に向けて書きます。
まず、このホテルは日本のホテルのように完璧に綺麗ではないです。しかし、毎日掃除をしていて、オーナーも優しく、英語が通じます。
海外のゲストハウスとしては、とても綺麗だと思います。
そして、いちばん最初の画像の地図のピンですが、スフバートル広場から歩いてくるとき、ここを通ることはできません。Googleマップでこの道を通るよう指示されますが、ここは今工事中で通れませんので注意してください（大通りを通ってきた方がいいです。スーツケースを引くにも、道がガタガタです）。
スフバートル広場からの道順をGoogleマップで検索すると、結構遠回りに見えると思います。
しかし、画像2枚目の丸をしている部分、ここ実は通れますので、ここを通るとショートカットできます。
ではまず、入るとき。
いちばん最初のドア2つはなにも押さずに入れます。
そのまままっすぐ進むとエターナルスカイのドアがあるので、そこで教えてもらった番号を入れます。ここで注意点⚠️とにかく優しくタッチしてください。強く押すと動かなくなります。
次に、エレベーターで3階に上がります。降りたら右に向かってください。突き当たり、右手にあるドアで、また教えてもらった番号を入れます。注意点その2⚠️一度、適当なボタンを押して、画面に時刻が表示されてから番号を入力してください。
これで入ることができます。
部屋に着くまでは少し大変でしたが、とにかくフレンドリーなオーナーと、優しい他のゲストの方との会話を楽しめてよかったです。
しかも、安いですしね。
ドライヤーもあります。
シャンプーやボディーソープ、手洗い石鹸はありませんので持って行った方がいいです。
あとティッシュも忘れずにね！
これからここに来る人が快適に過ごせることを祈っています。

チェックイン前に丁寧なメールも貰えて安心できる。
少し入り組んだ場所にあるので少し分かりにくいが、利用価値はかなり高いと思います。
空港まで行く場合はタクシーを利用したほうがいいと思います。

總結：我下次還會再來入住的酒店。對照價格和提供服務，已是物超所值，不能苛求。較新樓6室2廳的大套房子，4個公共洗手間的客棧，2個客廳是公共空間和開放廚房。對比價格，設施和位置，在烏蘭巴託很好的選擇，樓下就有超市賣新鮮蔬菜和水果，附近吃飯也很方便，去主要景點也很方便，衞生條件已經很好了，硬件設施秒殺主城區裏赫魯曉夫樓同類客棧，配套電器也很好。每天上午遇到有人退房，有時候多少會有些聲響，習慣早睡早起就還好。 Tips：
1）客棧費用是衹收美元現金。建議出國之前提前準備好，烏蘭巴託銀行週末難找到換美元人工櫃枱服務，往往週一到週五銀行才有櫃枱服務換美元；
2） 最好把入住大致時間提前郵件告知，我遇到烏蘭巴託機場出來大堵車，烏蘭巴託堵車太可怕；
3）一定要仔細閲讀店家發出的郵件；
4）10.1假期客棧已經有集中供暖晚上很暖和；
5）烏蘭巴託機場賣SIM手機卡會到點下班。晚上航班可能無法辦當地實體手機卡，遊客手機卡要週一到週五去電信公司櫃麪辦理 （便利店裡賣的SIM卡遊客無法用）
6）機場部分ATM銀聯卡可能取不出蒙圖，提前準備好些人民幣現金，可以機場用現金換些蒙圖做備用方案；
7） 烏蘭巴託之前下載好手機離線地圖做備用.
