Stayed for the week and was a nice cheap hotel near the city centre. Only issue I had was that the AC had no remote, nor a switch to turn on. So unless the windows were open, it could get pretty toasty in the room. Otherwise, receptionists were helpful in helping out with taxis and where to sightsee.

Very bad, very bad. No water provided. No cleaning on the last day. Breakfast was not changed for a thousand years. Towels had a strong odor. Wi-Fi was very slow. Bad service attitude.
