The hotel has a very good location that it is walkable on some of the sites in UB. The hotel, though clean, is very old already. No airconditioner nor elevator. The area is also for nightllife so it could be loud around at times. Breakfast is included but not worth it. Two pieces of bread plus a tea bag and pot of hot water.

700km from Inner Mongolia to Ulaanbaatar, it takes a long time by car. I arrived at the hotel at 24pm. The boss waited for me for 5 hours. The room is very new and clean. The Mongolian people are really hospitable. We Chinese and Mongolians are brothers. We hope that people who want to come to Mongolia will bring friendship to promote the friendship between the two countries 从内蒙古到乌兰巴托700公里，坐车需要很久，晚上24点才到旅店，老板等了我5个小时，房间很新，打扫的很干净，蒙古人的性格确实热情好客，我们中国人和蒙古人是兄弟民族，希望想来蒙古国的人带着友善过来，促进两国之间的友谊 I like Mongolia and Mongolian people, and the boss also provides various fruit candies and bread

I have lived in quite a few hostels and this is probably the best. Very clean, quiet isolated capsules, very nice staff who speak English and are very helpful.

I highly recommend you to book this hostel There is very near from center of the city They are so kind and help me a lot They organize taxi and tour Thanks for them I spent really good vacation I swear I book here again if I have a chance to coming back Mongolia

Clean and tidy hostel… convenient location near eateries and bus stops. Also much appreciated are the spacious cabinets (can fit a large backpack) with keys provided to lock one’s valuables in.

DON’T BE TRICKED LIKE I WAS The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless. Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.

The facilities and interior furnishings were excellent, and the staff responded promptly to my requests. Because of this, I will use this place again in the future. However, it's worth noting that the main door needs to be opened with some force.
