1년여전 겨울(비수기, 역시 리모델링 후)에 가족과 방문했을때 좋았던 기억이 있어 재방문했습니다. 하지만 이번에는 훨씬 많은 준비를 했음에도 실망만 가득했습니다. 2박 이용에 가족이 많고 아기가 있어 추가 티슈와 두루마리 휴지 제공을 여쭤봤더니, 다쓰면 리필을 해줄 수 있다고 했고, 수건 추가 요청을 했더니 갖다줄 수는 없고 프론트에서 받아가라고 했습니다. 지하1층 셀프다이닝 이용했는데, 테이블이용비용 돈은 돈대로 내고 설거지 등 뒷처리는 다 손님들이 하고, 마감시간 한참 전인데도 불판을 빼버리는 등 채근하는 알바생 때문에 유쾌하지 않은 경험을 했습니다. 그리고 식당 주변에 고양이가 너무 많은데 숙박객들이 자꾸 먹을걸 줘서 꼬이는거 같은데 제재가 필요해보입니다. 어린 아이들한테는 위험할 수 있는 환경 같습니다. 제가 호텔만 가봐서 그런지 숙박객들이 원래 쓰레기를 다 쓰레기장에 갖다 버리고 퇴실하나요? 처음 겪어봐서 참 당황스러웠습니다. 프라이빗스파룸도 이용했는데, 직접가서 예약하고 이용해야 하는 시스템이 정말 불편합니다. 리조트건물에서 호텔건물까지 한참을 걸어 올라가서 예약하고 다시 준비해서 가서 이용했습니다. 내부 옷장에 곰팡이가 있어서 찝찝했습니다. 온천물도 좋고 원수까지 산책?등산?길은 좋습니다만 그거 하나 때문에 저 정도 서비스를 이용할 것 같지는 않습니다.
