Disney properties in Urayasu

Our family, including children, stayed here. It was our first time, but the staff – from the front desk to those handling luggage and the ones at the entrance – were all incredibly polite and helpful! The bathroom was small, but it's separate from the toilet, so we were very satisfied! We'll definitely be staying here every time from now on!

Stayed at the Disneyland Hotel with my bestie - absolute perfection! The fairy tale magic begins the moment you step into the grand lobby. Our room was spacious and adorable, filled with charming Mickey details, even the toiletries were delightful. The location can't be beat, just minutes' walk to the park, super convenient after nighttime fireworks. Staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Highly recommend for friends traveling together - it's a guaranteed way to double your vacation happiness!

Overall for the price you pay, it’s not an impressive package. While the rooms are bigger than most of 4 star hotels in Japan, cleanliness levels are good…amenities are cheap & low level for the price, there is on gym, the pool was not available to guests for some reason (they never told me when I booked!!). They have a shuttle bus to Disney land & Disney sea, which is nice and they have Disney channels available on TVs in room, which is also good to keep kids busy. In my view, they should not charge this much or upgrade facilities & amenities.
