"This was the biggest room I've stayed in Tokyo, and it was also convenient for getting to Disney with their shuttle service. However, getting to and from the city center was a bit of a hassle because it's quite far from the subway station. Also, over two days, I asked several different front desk staff multiple times how to get to Haneda Airport. They all just gave me the shuttle schedule and told me to go to the opposite Hyatt hotel to catch the bus. But not a single person told me I needed to book tickets in advance! When I arrived at the pick-up point on the day, I was told ticket sales had already closed. Even though there were visible empty seats on the shuttle, they wouldn't let me board! I had to take a taxi to the airport to catch my flight, which ended up costing me 680 RMB. I'm really quite unhappy about this point!"

Returning to the hotel quickly to rest and recover from a tiring day is also a huge plus. 🛒 Amenities: Full marks for convenience There are two Lawson convenience stores right downstairs, which is definitely a bonus for travelers! You can grab breakfast like rice balls, sandwiches, and hot drinks, perfect if you're in a hurry. Before heading to the park, you can stock up on Disneyland essentials like water, snacks, and raincoats. Coming back from the park at night, you can also pick up late-night snacks and daily necessities. Shopping and restocking are super convenient, no need to go out of your way at all. Overall, the stay was fantastic! The double convenience of transportation and amenities made the Disneyland trip much more relaxed. Highly recommended!"

"Exceed our expectations! Location was 🆗, shuttle bus provided to/from Maihama Station, Disney resort Bus Terminal. (Shuttle to Disneyland/DisneySea) Our family love our stay here, there were 4 comfortable single beds for each one of us. Space was just enough. Bathroom shower plus bathtub n quite big to our surprise. Amenities like shower gel,shampoo, toothbrush, hairbrush are provided. Not only that, sleepwear for kids n adults are there for us to use!! Minimart is available at lobby, and numerous vending machine at all level,small playground for kids, n for adults there are public bath at the 7 floor. (Men n women separated of coz) High standard service all around!"

"Staying here was a pleasant experience especially since my daughter loves dinosaur. We had some issues checking in but the guy showed up from the back and helped us. The free shuttle to/from maihama station was good but would be better if they operate more trips"

"The room was spacious with three beds, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was decent, and if you skipped it, you could use its value towards lunch or dinner. The executive lounge's happy hour was quite good, but breakfast there only consisted of bread. The hotel shuttle service was infrequent. However, the airport bus was very convenient. Our room faced Kasai Rinkai Park, and on clear days, we could even see Mount Fuji."

"It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there."

"The hotel room is spacious. There's a free shuttle bus to Maihama and the subway station, which is right across from the hotel. They also have another shuttle bus service. The buffet breakfast is served in the main hall on the first floor. It's originally 4000 yen, but after discount, it's 3200 yen, which is pretty good for a taste of Japanese specialties, but be prepared to queue. When returning from Disney, you can buy bento boxes in the lobby, which are also decent."

"If you’re looking for a convenient location near Disneyland, and you’re coming from elsewhere, this location is great. However, if you’re looking for and hoping for a new place, this isn’t that sort of hotel. It’s rather old and not really refreshed. Also, if you don’t speak a word of Japanese, you might struggle as the reception staff I had didn’t speak English. However, we were fine as I had basic conversational Japanese."

"Perfect hotel for Tokyo Disney. 5 mins walk to Disneyland and next to Resort Line (monorail for Disney Sea) and Iksppari (mall with McD Starbucks supermarket and restaurants).  Hotel is clean comfortable and has all the toiletries and essentials. It’sa little cramped with 4 single beds but we oomanaged by minimising open luggages. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again."

"If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel. The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided. While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options."
