十分すぎるホスピタリティで大満足でした！帰る時間に合わせてお風呂を入れておいてくれたり、暖房をつけておいてくれたり、そのほかにも色々とご厚意に甘えさせていただきました。親戚のおうちに泊まらせてもらった気持ちです。また家主さんに会いに泊まりに行きたいなと思いました。
■アクセス
Dからはタクシーが便利。新浦安駅からバスも可。バス停からも近いです。
■アメニティ
ほとんど置いてくれています。リンスインシャンプーなのでこだわりのある方は持参をお勧めします。ベビーシャンプーもなし。
追加料金で、洗濯機、浴室乾燥機の利用も可。部屋のエアコン近くに物干し竿があるので、少し濡れたものを乾かすだけならエアコンでも◎。
冷蔵庫には有料の飲み物(お茶、ビール)も置いてくれています。良心的なお値段です。
■段差
玄関前に階段があり幅も狭めなので、車椅子は難しいかも。玄関ポーチは広く、ベビーカーが2台置けました。
■買い物
コンビニも徒歩圏内にはありますが、買って帰ることをおすすめします。私は夜遅かったので出前を頼みました。
家主さんにはいつまでもお元気でいてほしいと思います。また利用させていただきます。

宿泊予約完了後、貸主からチェックイン時刻、駐車場の必要有無等に関するメールが来ました。チェックイン当日は16時着予定にて即時返信しましたがその後連絡なく、チェックイン当日にチェックイン方法についてのみメールにて案内がありました。
実際に到着してみると、案内にあったチェックイン方法では部屋に入ることができず、電話にて問い合わせたところ、「何時に到着するかわからないからまだ準備していない」とのこと。その後、貸主が現れ、メールが届いていないと言われました。
メールは合計2度送信しており、2通とも不着とのこと。自身の送信メールを見返しましたが、間違いなく送信されていたため、不信感が高まりました。
セルフチェックインで貸主様と面会せず手続きが済ませられることも条件にしていたので、大変残念に感じました。
チェックアウト方法については部屋の案内に何の記載もなく、どのようにチェックアウトすればいいのか分かりませんでした。 セルフチェックインと同じ方法でチェックアウトすればいいと思い、そのように行ないましたが、チェックアウト時は別の方法で鍵を返さなければいけないらしく、意味が分かりませんでした。
