I liked that it was cheaper and close to Disneyland toyko. I was also close to the train station. And I liked the free bus to toyko disney.

The location is far from Shin-Urayasu Station, and the English version of the shuttle bus service does not indicate that the bus stops at Shin-Urayasu Station. Therefore, I need to walk 15 minutes from the station to the hotel.
The room I am staying in looks like an old apartment that has been modified to resemble a hotel. The door paint does not look like that of a typical hotel; instead, it is similar to an apartment.
The breakfast service is average. Compared to Hotel Mystays in Fuji Onsen or Sapporo, this hotel does not feel special.

Stayed for one night, the room was quite small and took us awhile to walk to the hotel.
It was an average hotel, but quite near to Disneyland and has shuttle bus to Disney.

We stayed at the hotel the night before and after Disney Sea. Appreciate the free shuttle bus service. The counter staff were extremely helpful and had a reasonably good command of English. It’s a bit far from the Shin-urayusu station though. It takes 15-20 to walk there. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, which costs around 900 yen.
