Splendid facilities offered in the hotel. Soup rice provided for free for supper, masks and kids toys complimentary for guest. Foot massager in the room to use after a day in disneyland and disneysea.
However, the shuttle bus pick up at Maihama station could be improved as there was a super long queue for all different hotels. Everyone didn't know where to queue for their specific hotel. Hence, when Hiyori shuttle bus came, everyone rushes up. It's chaotic, hence it'll be good if the hotel could put up specific queue line for respective specific hotels.

very lovely location and hotel! free shuttle service that brings us to disneyland. staffs were very patient too. definitely recommend!

The hotel is a gem though the rooms are small the amenities are comprehensive and we had everything we need. The shuttle provided by the hotel to disneyland is also very convenient and we will stay here again in future if we visit djsneyland. Hotel breakfast was simp and good.

I enjoyed the hotel, although it wasn’t very spacious. It had a shuttle to and from Disney! Nice staff!

Amazing experience! It just help us to upstar our Disney experience! Breakfast has plentyyyy of choice of food. A FULL set of facial product - make up removal, cleanser, toner, moisturiser WOW!!! Me. Another thing is the pyjamas provided by the hotel is also very unique experience. It is so comfortable and they even have different level hardness pillow. You can choose your pillow at the lobby. The shuttle bus too allow us to reach hotel and Disney conveniently!
