Stayed here 2 nights as part of a group tour. This was my favorite stay amongst all the hotels during our trip. The guests predominantly are from group tours as there were 10 huge motor coaches parked outside overlooking my assigned room. My room was rather nice compact but comfortable, crisp sheets, and clean. I love that the large window opens wide; unfortunately, my room faces the bus parking lot. My room was equipped with a small fridge and coffee maker, small tv with 2 english channels, 2 complimentary bottled water. The bath is typical euro style with half glass shower. Our included breakfast and dinner buffet were outstanding with extensive selection of hot and cold dishes. Disappointed our hot air balloon ride was cancelled due to heavy snow. Based on other reviews, some rooms might be modernized than others; just ask for a nicer room. The outdoor facilities look nice but not open in winter.

It was very nice, modern and a beautiful lobby. Somehow we ended up with a suite. Very nice and roomy. The bathroom only had tub which was 36 inched high, so there was a step stool to use to enter it. The buffet was huge but the food generally was cool or cold.

The hotel is modern but not centrally located. No tourist sites, shops, or restaurants were in walking distance. It is somewhat isolated. Lots of tours stay here based on the number of tour busses in the parking area seen from our hotel room. Hot air balloon ride is the main nearby attraction. Mini-bat and room safe in room. The restaurant is very large and can easily accommodate lots of people. The food items are positioned well. At dinner: Among the 7 hotels we stayed at in Turkey an the past weeks, this was the only restaurant that had very little amount of salad items if you wanted a salad with your meal. There was less fresh fruit than other hotels we visited. Lots of desserts but few were as appealing as other locations. Several hot entrees in the buffet line. Some soups and fresh baked breads. A large selection of items but not as good as the other 6 Turkey hotels for either breakfast or dinner.

Hotel is very outdated. Reception area looks nice but the rooms are not up to the appearance of the common areas. Let me get started with the bathroom: toilet is so close to the shower box that you can easily tilt your head and have a nap. The drain in the shower has a 7 cm hole, one has to be careful not to step in it and break a toe. On my last day, I received an unsolicited wake up call at 5:20am. Fun. #NOT. When I told the receptionist, he said "it wasn't me". By this simple sentence, you can have an idea of the level of service. The curtains in the room. What a joy! They are too narrow and don't cover the window properly. Which does not make a huge difference anyway, as they are semi see-through so blocking the light is not on the menu. Also, you hear all your fellow "neighbors" in the corridor (even if they speak in normal volume). Between the floor and the door there's a gap and the door is quite thin. The soap in the toilet looks radioactive: bright pink at the sink and neon blue in the shower. The type you find in public toilets. Restaurant is huge, so expect crowds and messy food if you are not there at the time is opens. Ah, they have 3 lifts. But good luck trying to go up or down without having to wait at least 5 minutes (when groups arrive or leave it gets even worse). All in all, if they call themselves a 5 star hotel, they should AT LEAST have decent rooms, decent toiletries and a staff that don't say "it wasn't me" when you report an issue.

This is a very nice hotel. Well located. I had a nice view from my window. Early in the morning I could see the hot air balloons from my room. Breakfast was very varied and good. The hotel staff was kind and willing to help whenever we needed something.

We stayed here 2 nights as part of a large tour group. The location is not walking distance to anywhere. Otherwise, no issues with the room or service.

Bu otelin 5 yıldızı nasıl aldığına ve devam ettirebildiğine şaşırıyorum. 3 kişilik odaya tek kart verip, 2.kart için ciddi bir depozito ücreti istiyor, büfe ana yemekleri yetersiz, köfteyi kırmızı etten sayıyorlar ve kahveleri çok kötü. Odaların bakımı çok düşük yastıklar çok kötü, havlular fazla yıpranmış.. Sanırım tek iyi tarafı konumu:

We stayed here as part of a terrible trip booked with exoticca - treasures of Anatolia. The location of this hotel was around 30min walk from the town and taxis took a very long while to arrive. We did the laundry and spent €20 euros for a handful of items that have all now shrunk substantially and have had to be thrown away. Despite the food being very good, the overall service of the hotel was a let down and we have had to throw away over €100 worth of clothes.
