"We really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and spacious. We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are provided in the room, while the mini-bar is chargeable. The hotel features several pools. There's an outdoor pool on the 2nd floor; the water is cold, but it's a real lifesaver on hot days. On the ground floor, you'll find an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, and Turkish bath – all free of charge. There's also a VIP area and paid spa treatments. We booked the room for two nights for less than 15,000 rubles. We found the best rate on Trip.com. They helped us carry our luggage to the room. Just a 5-minute walk across the road from the hotel is a fantastic viewpoint, and it's not crowded at all."

"The overall environment and service were acceptable, but the hotel's price was inflated. I booked a double room (including 3 meals) for 10 days on the 5th, which cost 2209 yuan. On the 10th, I checked the hotel and found that the same room (including 2 meals) was 845 yuan, a difference of 1364 yuan just for one meal. The hotel's price quote stated that children's meals were free. Even if they weren't free, would it really cost 1364 yuan just to add one more person to the room and one breakfast?"

I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Cappadocia."

"A small, cozy hotel in the center of Urgup. Authentic interiors. Delicious Turkish breakfast: fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, olives, dates, and figs. Friendly staff. Shops and cafes nearby. The sights of Cappadocia are a 15-minute drive away. There's no indoor parking, but street parking is always available. We enjoyed our time at this hotel."

"The hotel was very clean. Despite a limited number of staff, they all tried their best and were attentive. The hotel itself is quite large and luxurious. My family and I stayed for one night, specifically to use the pool. The pool area, sun loungers, and towels were all clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Dinner was not included in our stay, but we opted to pay extra for the buffet. There was a sufficient variety of dishes, but the food was quite bland. Some dishes were tasty, others less so. Personally, I didn't feel the dinner offered good value for money. The breakfast, however, was much better than dinner. There was plenty of variety and it was delicious! 👍🏼 There's also an indoor pool. However, during our visit, while we were swimming one day, staff suddenly appeared and unceremoniously made everyone leave, citing urgent maintenance work. This maintenance wasn't completed even by the following day. The outdoor pool gets very cold in the afternoon as it falls into the hotel's shadow, making it especially unsuitable for children."

"I was here on a Study Abroad Trip from the U.S. and I stayed for 3 nights. Everything at this Hotel was outstanding. They had an absolutley incredible Hotel Breakfast that was fresh and delicous every time. They cleaned our room every single day and replaced our towels and used toiletries every day. The hotel was clean and very cozy. If I ever come back to Turkey I will most certainly be staying there again. You can expect a beautiful view, kind and helpful staff, super cool cave design, and so much more during your stay. 10/10 I recommend anyone to stay here."
