From the moment you enter the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and courtesy of the service staff. Everyone is like this. I will remember it. I picked up the names of two people, one is Zhou Na, a very beautiful girl, and there is a young man named Shaoqin, who is artistic and has a special hair shape. It is a safe stay. The transportation is convenient. The hotel is located only a few hundred meters away from the high-speed rail station. The room is well soundproofed. The air conditioning is good, there is free mineral water in the room, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room have good lighting, and there is free laundry service. It is really not too convenient, it is quite good. The breakfast is delicious and rich. The overall feeling is very good. The hotel is very warm and the room facilities are Complete, very quiet, and the bedding is very comfortable.

I like this hotel very much. It has free parking. We had a lot of luggage, so they helped us to move it to the room with a luggage cart. The front desk was friendly and recommended delicious barbecue. There is a shopping mall opposite, so it is very convenient to order milk tea. It is also very close to the museum. 2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

I have stayed in many Atour Hotels, and the service is always very thoughtful. There is a restaurant, reading room, laundry room and gym on the second floor.
