"This hotel is a real gem! The room was spotless, the sheets and pillowcases had no strange odors, and there wasn't even a speck of dust in the bathroom corners – it felt so reassuring to stay there. The front desk lady was incredibly sweet; she processed our check-in quickly and even proactively recommended local eateries and transportation options, which was super thoughtful! The facilities are new: the AC cools down fast, the WiFi is strong, and the mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar Metro Station, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

"Overall experience was rather good except there was some renovations above 7th floor where we stayed and the knocking sound continued from 3+pm until 7.30pm on Saturday and Sunday especially on Sunday 21/9 until we call the front deck complaining about the noice which make all of us can't rest well after our morning trip. Another thing we would like to say is there are people smoking in the restaurant while others were having breakfast and the staff didn't even stop him. Overall the breakfast served was not that fantastic( mainly Chinese style breakfast ) for Radisson standards ( not sure is really under Radisson). Honestly the bed is super comfortable and big,the view was great too ( we booked 2 double bed room)"

"My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!"

"The hotel is money worth value for the price point. Room service everyday with fresh towels and slippers. Heated toilet seat which is a must during winter, remote control flushing. All power outlets are international type without the need of using a converter and all comes with 2 USB ports. Only minor issues is the sound proving of the room is slightly on the weak side."

"The location and hotel environment are great, and it feels very safe with card access required for the elevators. There are many helpful staff members at check-in. The room itself was also good and spacious. However, on the second night, starting around 4:30 AM, a group of people from Xinjiang in the adjacent room were chattering loudly, making it impossible to sleep. Even after calling hotel reception, the noise continued until almost 6 AM when they finally left. It was truly frustrating."

The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of small eateries and shops. Our room was spacious and bright, featuring comfortable bedding and a bathtub perfect for a relaxing hot soak, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The service was excellent. Manager Luo at the front desk was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, having already prepared our room and key card in advance. We even received a thoughtful welcome gift upon check-in, which tasted delicious! The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated with distinct local characteristics. There's a charming long corridor, and they even offer traditional folk costumes for guests to take photos in. The hotel also provides its own dedicated and very convenient parking lot. Overall, the facilities are excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi."

"Environment: The hotel is just like the pictures I saw when booking on Ctrip, clean and tidy, very satisfactory. There is free airport pick-up near the airport! It was 9pm when we arrived, but the sun was still scorching. Urumqi was 37 degrees hot in those two days, and the ultraviolet rays were very high. When we got off the plane, we contacted the airport. The new passenger terminal in Urumqi is good. It is easy to find and reach the fourth floor of P2. And there is a barbecue restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The rack meat is delicious! There is also a 24-hour unmanned convenience store on the first floor, which is convenient for purchasing! Facilities: The only regret is that the hot water is not hot at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but warm and cool. The rooms are very good, with good shading and sound insulation, and the air conditioning is also very good! Service: The breakfast is good. "My stay at the R&F Wanda Vista Hotel in Urumqi was truly exceptional! The Western-style decor immediately caught my eye upon entering the lobby. The Tianshan tapestries and snow lotus lanterns were stunning, instantly elevating the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me immediately and making me feel incredibly attentive. I have to praise Sara, the hotel's housekeeper. After adding her on WeChat, she quickly addressed any requests I had. She was incredibly thoughtful! She also thoughtfully took care of any issues I had with my reservation. The room I was given was the perfect size, spotlessly clean, and odorless. It was a comfortable stay, and I had a great rest. Upon check-out, they even gave the children a small gift. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Urumqi!"
