Family-friendly Hotels in Urumqi

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

Absolutely fantastic, it’s obviously pretty tough for foreigners to get around at the moment but the staff helped me with everything that you can imagine. There’s a branch of Harem Bagh for Uygur style food across the street, parking and lots to do nearby. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and was beyond my expectations. Thanks and already booked my next stay.

Service: Noor at the front desk provided good service, and upgraded me to a suite for free. I had a great stay. Welcome fruit: There was welcome fruit in the room. Delayed check-out until 15:00 depending on room availability: You can delay check-out. 👍👍👍

After returning from Altay during the Spring Festival, I stayed in Urumqi for one night and booked two rooms. The hotel's bedding, facilities and services were completely satisfactory and exceeded expectations. The sanitary conditions were also first-class. The breakfast was very rich. The complimentary lunch buffet was even better. Xiao Sa, a hotel staff member, provided five-star service from the day before arrival to the day before departure, which made us embarrassed. It was really for such service that my daughter said she wanted to stay another night. The room was very large. The lobby was very beautifully decorated and the photos were very good. It was also very convenient to travel.

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

We checked in on January 28 (New Year's Eve). The reception service at the front desk was very considerate and warm, making us feel at home! The hotel upgraded our room for free, equipped with a large bathtub and a leisure area. The scenery outside the window was very beautiful. I was very happy to see the sunrise in the morning. On that day, they also gave us extra New Year fruits, and the service was warm and thoughtful. Because the soles of my shoes accidentally opened, I asked the customer service center if there was any sealing glue in case of backup. The unexpected surprise was that they also sent me shoe glue. I must give a thumbs up 👍 The swimming pool was also open to the public on New Year's Eve, and I enjoyed the warm pool swimming treatment. The gym is very professionally equipped. Due to time constraints, my family did not enjoy it, but I still have to give a thumbs up, it's really good!

The hotel lobby is elegant, the rooms are well cleaned, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. Especially the young man working at the front desk on the evening of September 12, he was warm and friendly, and it was a feeling of being at home. I give him a 👍. The lobby manager and service staff are also very good, working conscientiously and responsibly, and providing the services that guests need in a timely and proactive manner. I hope they will continue to maintain this.

Environment: Located in the central area, the surrounding area is very lively, Service: The staff is enthusiastic about the guests, and they give away fruit plates, milk and snacks every day, which is very warm. The only hotel ive stayed made me feels like i get more than what i pay. 100rmb and u get a free horse show, one nice room with buffet breakfast.

From the moment we entered the hotel, from the security guy to the front desk guy, everyone was very welcoming. The attitude was very positive. After checking out the room, I checked in. The guy at the front desk upgraded the room for free. The bathroom also had a bathtub, so the kids could finally take a bath. The upgraded room is on the 26th floor and has a very good view. Both beds in the standard room are 1.3, which is more than enough for a family of three. Because it was the last day of our trip to Xinjiang, I slept until I woke up naturally in the morning. I didn’t have the chance to experience breakfast, but I definitely felt that it was not wrong. If I have the opportunity to come to Urumqi next time, I will definitely choose this hotel.
