Wonderful hotel with very friendly guest services. I was impressed with the place. It was clean and there are no issues foe foreigners. I would recommend this place to travellers from overseas.

I booked the hotel but only stayed for 8 hours as I had a sleeper train to catch. The staff were friendly. The hotel is beside the metro station (a plus when it’s absolutely freezing!) and within walking distance from many interesting places.

We had a nice stay in Pai Hotel. The staff was friendly and tried to help even if they didn't speak English. It was -20° outside when we were there and we could feel some cold coming in from the window. But the blankets were warm enough for us to have good night anyway. There is also a cooler and heating system that you can use if needed.

The experience is very bad. The bathroom has no door, the toiletries are as small as they can be, and the security lady has a very bad service attitude. The price is also expensive, not recommended. Bad review!
