"We booked this last minute because we needed a hotel after an overnight flight to use before could check in to our actual hotel. This place is near the OLD airport. They offer free transfers from and to the current airport. You need to contact them to agree timing. A taxi was 10 minutes. The lobby looks shambolic and the poor reception was rushed off her feet. Guests constantly interrupted while she tried to check us in. The room was completely unexpected ! Large clean double room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Well appointed bathroom. It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up on some sleep . Great value for money for the price we paid!"

The lobby is spacious and bright, and the room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. "Very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is basically in the city center, and it's about a 20-minute walk to Hetian Erjie and the International Grand Bazaar. The hotel itself is new and well-designed, the front desk staff are all very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was simple but excellent. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! 👍"

"I previously stayed at Mehood Lestie in Chongzuo and had a fantastic experience. They offered complimentary cold drinks, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks during the scorching summer, which was very impressive. The service was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. This time, I booked the same Mehood Lestie for convenience as I was transferring from a train to a flight the next day. Overall, it was good. Initially, I was given a room that smelled of smoke, but after a quick call, they promptly moved me to another room. The breakfast spread was extensive. To my surprise, I even caught a sunrise from my room the next morning. However, one thing to note is that some room types have steps inside, which made me a bit nervous, fearing I might trip during the night. Luckily, that didn't happen."

The bedding is comfortable and soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it easy to get around and shop. The service is warm, attentive, and responsive. Breakfast is rich and delicious, with both Chinese and Western options. Overall, the experience was fantastic, suitable for both business and leisure travel. Definitely worth returning to!"

"Highly recommend this hotel! It's on a really high floor with massive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an incredibly expansive view. The room gets amazing natural light during the day, and at night, you can sit by the window and take in the city skyline – the atmosphere is just perfect. The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk away. It's incredibly convenient for catching high-speed trains, so you don't have to wake up early or rush with your luggage. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet, not noisy at all. My stay was a perfect 10, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!"

"What a gem of a place! The front desk staff, especially the tall, fair-skinned, round-faced guy with glasses, and a new girl who was incredibly enthusiastic, provided excellent service. They gave fantastic recommendations for local specialties and shopping, ensuring I wouldn't go wrong. Another young lady and gentleman at the front desk were also super helpful; when I was waiting for someone in the lobby, they proactively came over to ask if I needed anything and offered me water. The stay was fantastic – new facilities and very clean. My first two nights in Urumqi were so good that I chose this place again for my return trip. And the service was even better this time! I hope I can stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi. Oh, and it's super close to the subway, just 20 meters from the exit!"

"The room was a bit dirty with a lot of dust. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear everything the people in the next room were saying, which made it impossible to sleep. The hotel occupies one floor within a larger building, and the elevator was really inconvenient. The entire hallway smelled strongly of smoke. I'm not sure how Trip.com (Ctrip) gives out its ratings."
