"Located inside the airport so incredibly convenient. The hotel was quick to communicate if I required anything, I was arriving an hour before check in and it wasn't a problem. They have a buffet style restaurant downstairs. I had a late lunch and it was delicious. My flight was early so I missed breakfast but, if it's anything near what I had for lunch, I wouldn't miss it. The room was clean and relatively quiet, no airport noise only a bit of noise from another guest. If I needed the convenience of the hotels location again I would stay again."

"Location is good. Service terrible. This was the state of the room after "housekeeping". Bed wasn't made, trash wasn't taken out and toiletries not replenished. After I informed the staff at the front desk, bed and trash were more or less taken care of, but body wash still not replenished. It was almost 9 pm and I decided to use the hand wash for shower. I have traveled across China and stayed in great hotels and homestays, including in Xinjiang. But this hotel was the worst so far. Never returning again. I won't just blame the housekeeping staff; they probably have too much to handle. This is a management and motivation problem."

"Good hotel with clean enough bedroom. We arrived on late flight around 1130pm from Tashkent and managed to clear immigration and custom by 1210am and got the hotel s own shuttle to the hotel ard 1230am (last shuttle ). Complimentary breakfast with basic Chinese food and no western or continental food or coffee. Hence hotel caters for mainly local and Asian guest who are ok with Chinese breakfast menu . Polite reception and for the price we paid , no complaints but satisfied as we only need a bed to sleep flying in late."

"The cleanliness was acceptable, which was what I was most satisfied with, but my impression of the hotel gradually declined. When I first entered the room, the environment seemed alright; the smart speaker worked well, the TV was large, and the smart toilet was also good. However, firstly, the room was extremely far from the elevator, requiring several turns and a long walk to reach it. Secondly, there was no electricity card. I only went downstairs to the convenience store to buy water and bread. Not only did I have to walk a long way to the elevator, but the power went out as soon as I stepped out. I had to turn the lights and TV back on and adjust the lighting when I returned to the room. Thirdly, food delivery couldn't be delivered to the room. This wasn't a major issue; I could have called the front desk to have it delivered, but they could have used a robot. Fourthly, the room card automatically demagnetized at 2 AM every night, preventing me from entering the room. This should have been mentioned at check-in. The next afternoon, I returned with my bag and luggage, only to find I couldn't open the door and had to wait for the front desk in the hallway. Fifthly, the smart door had problems; I couldn't lock it when leaving the room. Absolutely unacceptable."
