Every time I come, I feel like I am going home. , the experience is great. The hotel's location is very convenient. It is adjacent to the Lianhuo Expressway and the urban area. It is very convenient whether you are traveling or going to the urban area. If you don't have a car, it is also very convenient to take a taxi. There are taxis everywhere outside the hotel. There was a strong wind on the way from Turpan to Urumqi, and the car glass was smashed by flying stones. When we arrived at the hotel, the service staff was very enthusiastic and soothed our bad mood. The location is a bit remote, but opposite is the fruit wholesale market. 每週都出差，全國各地入住大大小小無數酒店，這家酒店我問有史以來堪稱完美神仙酒店，有求必應，衹要酒店能辦到的全給你提供方便，由於在附近辦事，酒店車來來回回不厭其煩拉着我跑了好幾趟，司機宋師傅和李師傅更是服務到位，細節暖心，前台妹妹知道我六點多的飛機，很貼心的給我主動延遲到了四點退房，接送機更是方便，不用擔心不方便，周邊吃飯很接地氣，價格公道，去市區有公交直達或者酒店車送地鐵站都沒問題，房間小零食更是用心挑選，我查了下都是一斤好幾十的，味道很好，我還照着買了寄回家，老闆在軟硬件上很捨得下血本，我覺得下次來烏魯木齊，肯定還會選擇這家酒店，體驗感比五星級還棒

房間舒適，有加濕器，飲用水供應充足，走廊裏還有備用瓶裝水方便客人取用。 酒店服務很好（接送機服務很棒）。早餐也可以。 對了，還有贈送的小零食很好吃（見圖1）。😀 性價比高👍🏻

免費接送機服務:司機師傅到機場接機服務太到位了，提前到機場舉牌接機，不光車上備有礦泉水，一路還幫提行李這房價的服務可説超五星了，早上吃早餐還看見司機師傅幫忙收拾桌子清潔，走的時候還很温馨的準備了四瓶温熱的礦泉水，這個如果是員工自己做的老闆應該多發獎金了，這樣的員工到哪裡去找，反正我在內地沒遇見過這麼盡責盡心的員工。 設施：這次除了沒有感受到機器人的服務外，店裡設施齊全，小度助眠，投影感覺像在電影院裏，躺床上睡覺美美的。門口的停車位充足，車輛可以隨意停放。剛開始擔心住二樓會吵，關了窗簾真的隔音效果很好。 服務：前台小姐姐服務熱情，從進門到出門都會打招呼，有了問題積極解決，這次晚上點的飲料應該是沒貨了，機器人沒有送達小程序退款出了問題，早上前台小姐姐在我吃早飯後就解決，雖然衹有 17 元但她們積極的態度讓我感到很温馨，最後居然因為這小小的一點問題還送了一套茶具給我，這個我是真沒想到，把我感動得不行。這次衹有三天時間，我明年還會來新疆深度遊會再入住他家，這次的體驗太到位了，比在五星級的服務還好，真的是沒有選錯這家。給大家強烈推薦，特別是單身出門在外的，一個人出來遇到這麼熱情的服務，真的是我旅途中的一抹陽光。五星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

此次新疆之行入住海棠酒店，真是超乎想像的感受到賓至如歸的親切、體貼和細緻入微的服務，從接機師傅到前台辦理入住以及客房、餐廳服務人員等酒店全體員工都充分體現了賓客至上，滿腔熱情的服務。酒店是今年新開的，硬件設施非常不好，完全不輸4～5星級酒店，客房大，床品舒服，衞浴乾濕分離，還專設了消毒櫃、空氣加濕氣器、零食果盤等，早餐食材新鮮美味。酒店附近吃飯和購買新疆土特產也很方便。總之，一切都🈵分必須5星點贊👍👍👍以後去烏魯木齊必會繼續入住。同時強烈推薦赴烏魯木齊自由行的人入住這家性價比超高的酒店。 設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好
