When I came to Xinjiang to visit Atour, it was very close to the airport. The room was very clean, tidy and simple. The staff was very warm and considerate. We had a lot of luggage and helped us carry it all the way to the room. It was a perfect experience!

The handsome guys and girls at the front desk provide great service! As soon as you enter the door, you are given hot water to drink, which makes you feel like a spring breeze! The security uncle is also responsible and enthusiastic to help! Parking is free, and late-night porridge is served from 9:30 to 11pm, which is very considerate! The room is clean and tidy. It is safe to stay with children. The soundproofing of the room is also very good. The gym and laundry room are also very clean, so you can use them with confidence! There are many places to eat around, so it’s convenient to go anywhere! Great!

This Atour hotel is newly opened. The facilities are very new and the service is great. They upgraded the room type for free and also provided breakfast. I have to mention the breakfast. It is very attentive. I went to Hemu for skiing, stopped in Urumqi, and came back on the return trip.
