As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be surrounded by a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in process is fast and efficient.

The service was very poor. I called the front desk at around 11:00 am on the second day of my stay and asked for cleaning. However, when I returned to the room at around 3:00 pm, it had not been touched at all. When I asked the hotel afterwards, they said they had called the cleaning staff through the intercom and notified them in the WeChat group. If the room is not cleaned, it is not cleaned.
