The Hotel is very new and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice,after 4 nights it could have been a bit more variety. The free laundry room is very good and easy to handle. We walked from the railway station south to the hotel. The area around is full with good food options. We enjoyed our stay very much! They do have a robot service which our daughter really liked and I enjoyed good coffee from their new coffee machine.

Hanting Hotel location on Trip.com, the point location is wrong, missed 2 km. I think it's on point in baidu maps. The place near bus stop across of di wang xie cheng plaza
However the service was excellent. We as foreigners kinda hard calling taxi, but they help my families getting the taxis. Warm hospitality, excellent

首先我定的高級大床房，所以不存在因為優惠而住的尾房的可能。第一，酒店窗户能看到火車軌道，整晚都會有火車路過。第二，前台衹有一位工作人員，入住要排隊很久。第三，電梯到5樓，給我安排到六樓。要自己搬行李走樓梯。第四，入住十分鐘斷電了，維修人員來合電閘，合了三次掉了三次。我要求換房，我覺得太不安全了，前台告知換不了，沒房間給我換。掉閘原因懷疑我使用大功率電器。我的電器如下圖，各位看官自己看。第五，房間沒有礦泉水，電話前台後告知我機器人給我送。過了一會我想起來，機器人是不會走樓梯的。再次電話，前台才想起我來。第六，當我告知前台，我要投訴。前台給我送來了三個免費的茶包，和三個免費的咖啡袋，（酒店大廳免費給客人喝的那種）告訴我對我表示歉意。甚至是讓保安大叔給送來的，對，合閘的也是保安大叔。用衣架作為防電措施合的閘門。 各位想訂房的勸退吧，我是因為酒店新才定的這家。我原價定的都這樣，各位看自己的接受程度吧。我不要退款，不要賠償，花錢堵酒店的嘴，就是為了讓像我一樣來旅遊的各位，別吃我吃過的虧。祝大家能住到舒服的酒店。

Какой классный, красивый отель! Нам очень понравился отель! Все чисто, красиво, аккуратно. Постель чистая, белоснежная. В номере есть все что нужно. Есть своя химчистка. Можно постирать самим если нужно. Очень Вкусные завтраки. Дополнительно можно заказать пельмешки с бульоном, или рис с сосисками. Приятный, дружелюбный персонал. На любую просьбу быстро реагируют. Отель расположен в хорошем, спокойном районе. Магазины в доступной зоне.

全新的設施非常齊全 ，交通方便去大巴扎和博物館都可以做公交抵達，衞生條件一流，價位合適，性價比超出預期，尤其要着重表揚一下前台的幾個小妹妹，人美心善，服務熱情周到，中間需要調整一下房型，安排的明明白白，讓人感覺賓至如歸，下次還來烏魯木齊首選這家。強烈推薦，希望繼續保持下去

Value for money new hotel in Urumqi 👍
烏魯木齊性價比高的新酒店
设施：新酒店因此硬件方面雖簡約但摩登，基本上要乜有乜不錯，最喜歡的設施是玩完北彊很多衣服要洗，LG新的洗衣機及乾衣機非常給力，接在區有掛耳式咖啡粉不錯，又有機械人送外賣上房，所以淨係煮得很方便。
卫生：乾淨企理住得舒服
环境：喜歡清靜的不適合，因為就在火車站附近，但另一方面很方便。
服务：服務人員也友善親切，雖然仍需改善，但看得出各人都很盡力。
唯有以下事項，希望酒店方面會注意及改善：
1/. 晚上夜歸怕朋友已睡，但因為生病懵查查向前台說錯了酒店房間，她竟然沒查證就給了我錯誤房間的房咭，還好走廊的時候記得正確位置沒去錯房間，因為給我的房咭是另外一間房所以入不了自己房，結果朋友開門。 第二天更換房卡時才想起管理令人擔憂，員工培訓方面要加強！
2/. 早餐人手需要加強，常常咖啡機沒有咖啡、豆漿機沒有豆漿，不夠餐具等，但其實見阿姐亦很忙，所以自己去接待區自己泡咖啡算了，餐廳咖啡機好像時常出現狀況。
3/. 酒店用機械人送外賣上房間非常讚👍 但有一次好像機械人出問題還是保安人員出錯，總之外賣到了半小時後才找到，期間我與外賣員不斷電話聯絡去查證外賣到底去了哪裏？最終有保安員送上房間，但外賣都已經涼透了
雖然有不同狀況出現，但因為新酒店情有可原，亦看到管理及員工都盡力，所以仍然會推介此酒店👍
